Ambassador's Job History: Unemployed after graduating from community college, Willis found work at a local post office for several years, before being put on as a caseworker for the Ministry of Race Relations. Due to his good expertise in negotiating settlements, he was then transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Is there anything important we should know about your ambassador (health concerns, criminal records, needs, ect)? Hubert Otis died in May 2010, before rising again in September 2012. Living as a zombie is quite hard for him, so he may need psychiatric support. Another side effect of being a zombie is that he'll vomit everything he eats except meat.
Ambassador's Job History: Hubert Otis was 60 years old when he died in a car accident. He obtained his doctorate of medicine at 26, and then his professorial degree at 30. He subsequently changed career when he was 45 years old, turning to diplomatic affairs for nearly 15 years, and died while holding an unknown office. When he became a zombie, he fought for the rights of the undead, eventually becoming one of the Prince's advisors. Like every Salemlandian however, he has no idea how Salemland came to be or what the country before it was.

The embassy will be using electronic devices such as personal computers, laser pointers, projectors, and phones. Other electronic devices, if necessary, will be civilian merchandise, and if possible bought locally. Staff members will carry no animal. Hubert Otis will come to the embassy with 30 lb. of meat at his disposition, and more will be bought locally.
