The Communist Party of Gjulich is a minority party, generally not taking much of a precedence in inter-party conflicts and government meetings. Though it has a firm base of support, it is not as impressive as some would like it to be.

We have a Communist Party but they receive little support. Our populous aren't too big on the idea of communism but we allow the right to associate with whatever ideology you wish.

We have a communist party, the current is a successor to the old one which was banned in the 1930's.
Needless to say, they are very unpopular.

Strangely enough, the communist Reformed Socialist Party (RCP) is the only party that has been formed in Wraland since we achieved freedom from, yet again, strangely enough, the communists.

No Communist part exist just as no other parties exist as they are illegal. All politics is non-partisan and is intentionally so that the issue of party politics doesn't dirty up our democracy. That being said there are allowed to claim an ideology or refuse to not due so and as of now there are two self proclaimed "Mutualist" whom are members of the Council of Commons and are generally considered communist based on policy.

Why would anybody be left-winger?

Postby Versus Militia » Tue Sep 23, 2014 9:36 am

Why do people even believe in social equality? Everybody should be on their own, you know survival of the fittest! We should be focusing more on the economic freedom and less on the social freedom!
My Political Views

    Leaning towards right-wing.
Social equality is only for damn communists.
    Conservative and capitalist.
Low social freedom / moderate economic freedom.
Basically an authorian right wing moralistic democracy.

Yes, two technically: The Communist Party and the Worker's Front. The CP has two seats in the National Assembly and the WF has only one, though the former once enjoyed over 80 in its heyday. The difference between the two comes down to their interpretation of Stalinism and attitude towards the monarchy. While both seek the eventual dissolution of the monarchy and transformation of Ventalia into a People's Republic, the CP is willing to do so via referendum whereas the WF is not. The CP also rejects Stalinism outright as a facade for facism; the WF considers its practical applications as viable replacements for the current methods of governance.

We do have a Communist Party; they took 4% of the vote in the last general election and have 2 seats in the Senate. In its 1930s-1940s heyday, the Communist Party could must up to 17% of the vote in elections and win 5% of the seats in Parliament. However, its support declined in the late 1950s as workers rallied behind the Davisian Socialist Worker's Party instead. It enjoyed a brief comeback in the early 1990s after a split in the DSWP, but this did not last long. There are other far-left movements too, but none have come close to performing as well.

Communism is exceedingly unpopular, although it is legal to have a communist sentiment, in the Holy Constitutional Monarchy of the Commonwealth of Torrumbarry, with the two parties promoting communism gaining barely 0.0003% of the vote for the General Election in early 2014. As I mentioned previously, two parties exist within Torrumbarry that promote communism: The Communist Christian Brethren and the Martinezist Party, the latter of which is extremely disliked due to Torrumbarry's current relations and temperament towards with the Federación Lópeziano of El Cuscatlan.

Communism is present in the Omnidemocracy only in a historical context. Most of the big goals of communism have been achieved. The workers are free, though in becoming free they stopped being mere workers and became producers and masters of their own labor. Until manual labor was made outdated by robotics, that is.

In fact, Communism is considered a precursor ideology to the Omnidemocracy. The major difference being that Omnidemocratic Thought, the founding ideology of the Omnidemocracy, calls for the continued existence of a basic state and supports revolution along technological and social as well as economic and political routes.

The result has been that Communism, without any goals left except 'destroy the state', has withered and died. Most adherents grudgingly admitted that a small democratic state was acceptable, while those who still opposed the state fell in with the general Anarchist movement.

The Socialist Revolutionary Party is not directly communist but one of it's official ideologies is Marxist-Leninsm (no stalinism) But also uses Collectivism and left-wing nationalism.
