Mostly the Abrams part though. It has a 125mm cannon, it can be manually loaded or it can have an auto loader. It has a top speed of 85 miles per hour. It has 3 notable seats, the driver, the gunner, and the radio operator. The driver and gunner are obvious as to what their jobs are. But the radio operator is in charge of interpreting orders given by command, he also has access to whatever weapon is mounted on the top. Usually a .50 Cal M2, but at times it can have an M134 minigun or a MK19 mounted. It also uses a reactive armor type explosive to deflect armored piercing rounds.
It has been used in many of my regions conflicts. And has been proved time and time again.

This actually doesn't seem bad at all.
The thing is the Russian/Chinese 125mm guns are not as effective as the standard 120mm L/55 gun w/ NATO ammunition. This is because of the two-piece ammunition they use which restricts the length of ammo (Its 750mm iirc, thats an entire shell w/o charge). You can rectify this with using the L/44 w/ US ammunition or L/55 with NATO ammunition. Or you can use a 125mm gun with full-size ammunition. Wouldn't be to hard.
Autoloaders are a good feature.
85 miles and hour is a blistering speed and will send your tracks flying off. Most tanks don't go over 45 mph.
Also your crew good, but your radio operator is the tank commander
Weapons on top should be a 12.7mm machine gun and maybe something for the gunner. The Minigun and Mk-19 aren't needed on a tank that has a 120+mm main gun.

They usually use full sized ammo. The tanks rarely ever go over 55 but if need be they have the possibility of going to 85. Gunner does have a Coax which I forgot to mention (whoops). The coax is usually another M2 but I might change that to a 12.7 due to your suggestion. Thanks for your feedback!

M2s fire .50 cal rounds, also know as the 12.7x99mm. Its the same thing
And alright, fullsize ammunition is more than ehough.
I'd say an inhibitor on your transmission would be better if you want to not go over the speeds that make tracks fly off. The Abrams and a few other thanks do this IRL.

It's about as plausible as a Bolo.

Cold war between planets. No one is sure how many of these I have, nor how much it costs to make each one. The actual numbers are about 450 tanks at 350 million Doles a pop.
Bolo. Bolo IS a cybertank, a moving factory, submarine, AND bunker. With nuclear guns.San-Silvacian wrote:

you just need really strong tracks. Abrams tracks IRL can do close to 60 mph with current materials. It just can't turn.
