because then men don't wear dresses though on occasions they wear skirts to let the mountain air breath through their genitals
the females on the other hand wear black strapless dresses with 2 bras the one in front holding an anti tank grenade on one side and a frag grenade on the other side

The closest thing to a "dress" uniform we have would be the basic uniform worn off-duty.

We don't have dress uniforms. The major distinction is between clean and not-quite-so-clean.

Some of our Highland regiments do wear kilts on ceremonial occasions though.

Because Waspeaters is totally not obsessed with clinging on to its former glory and relevance, the dress uniforms here tend to be very shiny, old-fashioned affairs. Generally speaking, the regiments of English areas wear yellow, while those from the Oceanic south wear blue. Other than that, anything goes and each regiment has a particular variant of uniform, decided by tradition. For example, the men of the Elntia Regiment wear kepi hats because they served with distinction when kepis were normal as part of uniform.
