- Same sex marriage: Yes, Churches have the right to not perform marriage based on religious grounds. Same sex marriages can be performed by Magistrates.
- Same sex adoption: Yes, so long as they meet the same requirements under local and federal laws that heterosexual couples must meet.
- Allowed to serve openly in the military: Yes, so long as they meet the same requirements for service that a heterosexual person must meet.
- Anti Discrimination Laws: Yes, basic discrimination laws, such as employment and right to service from businesses. Churches can deny services and admittance based on religious grounds.
- Laws concerning gender identity/expression: Complex: Until the age of 18 a person is treated as their born gender role ( are expected to use appropriate bathroom, drive license says born gender.) Minimum of 3 years of counseling until gender reassignment is allowed. (Until the full gender reassignment is complete, social security number is changed, and all paperwork regarding the gender change is complete, the individual is still identified as their born gender.)
