Jianye is a modernized city, though it still retains its roots to its ancient history and culture. The city continues to plan expansions to grow and meet the demands of its bustling and industrious population. She is more than capable of defending herself.

Miss Kim was born in the Northern city of Pyongyang, her parents were well respected offcials with her Father in the Police force and her mother a receptionist for the GCSS headquaters.
Her childhood was rough to say the least, as she was orphaned at the age of 12 after a gang of criminals killed her parents for getting in their way of Drug dealing and other crimes.
She vowed revenge and enlisted herself for the Imperial Army as soon as she turned 15. After three years of service she left the army and walked to Hanseong where she joined the police force. At the age of twenty she became the youngest Police official graduate in history with other applicants graduating at 27. She got a warrant to arrest the gang she had encountered earlier in her life and led the raid on their alleged Headquarters. Miss Kim arrested five members of which one turned out to be the boss of the gang, Silver Dragon.

Acknowledging her potential His Imperial Majesty Dai Yun recruited her into the GCSS for fieldwork. When she turned 23 she applied for a job in politics and was given the role of PA for the Minister of Foreign Relations.
