HONOLULU – The great Commonwealth of the Hawaiian Islands, Hawaiʻi, has long been an active member of the international community since the days of Kamehameha II, who became the first Hawaiian monarch to make a visit to a foreign nation. Our monarchs have through dialogue and diplomacy, whether formal or informal, been able to forge many friendships and alliances between the Hawaiian nation and our foreign partners. However, it should be noted that although our relationships with other nations are strong, the Diplomatic Corps in the islands consists of only a few. Therefore, it is the opinion of this office that an embassy program be established and opened up to other nations within the international community. We urge the Department of Foreign Affairs to initiate such a program expeditiously.

HONOLULU – The Hawaiian Embassy Program has been established and is accepting applications for the construction of foreign diplomatic missions, or embassies, in the Hawaiian Islands. The embassy application, which is provided below, must be completed in full. It should be noted that the Hawaiian Islands operates in realistic society in the modern era. The Hawaiian Islands will do businesses with nations of humans alone. No special species will be allowed into the Hawaiian Islands. Also, the Hawaiian government also reserves the right to refuse any application without cause, though the government will generally provide a region for such.
ALL EMBASSIES WILL BE LOCATED IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF HONOLULU (pictured below). PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY COVERS ONLY THE AMBASSADOR AND HIS FAMILY. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE STAFF OR NON-DIPLOMATIC GUESTS, AND, THEREFORE, SUCH PERSONS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR VIOLATION OF NATIONAL, STATE AND CITY LAWS.
