Christian-Communist Republic of United Dalaran
Overview:
United Dalaran is Slavic nation with significant Mongolian influences, especially on language. Culture is very cold, many customs normal in other nations are uncommon here, sometimes even considered as an insult, for example publically hugging someone, kissing woman who is not your wife or showing off with feelings. Country is located on the far North and covered mostly in boreal forests. Total area is 938037 sq. kilometres. Access to the sea is also on the North. Border is surrounded by enormous concrete wall. Form of government is strict communist dictatorship led by Comrade Citizen Antoni Kupała, Chairman of the National Council and Hetman of the People's Red Army. Country is considered as totalitarian by other nations due to massive surveillance and relentless law. All political parties, except of Revolutionary Communist Party of Dalaran (RCPD) are forbidden. The Orthodox Church and state are very integrated this means that priests have a word or two to say in politics, however other monotheistic religions are free. Cults and politeistic religions are considered heresy, banned and followers of them are severely punished. Capitalism and fascism or nazism are outlawed. Recently foreigners were allowed to visit and settle in here. Even non-humans can become tourists or diplomats. But only tourists or diplomats. Please be aware that Dalaranians are not very tolerant. Several things "to do, to do not":
- Sexuality and nudity is taboo. Dalaranians are very religious and violation of this taboo results in punishment.
- Please do not encourage citiznes of Dalaran to adapt to your culture.
- Please don't insult comrade Lenin, comrade Kupała, our Motherland or National Council.
- Please be aware that commiting capital crimes by anyone other than Senior Ambassador will result in death when accused one is proven guilty.
- Non-humans will be treated with great suspicion, mistrust and sometimes hostility.
Immunity:
- Senior Ambassador can only get a traffic ticket
- Junior Ambassadors can be arrested when accused of capital crime and punished if proven guilty
- Service and Security Staff can be normally arrested and punished like Dalaranians if proven guilty
Profits:
Having embassy in Christian-Communist Republic will allow you to maintain positive relations with our country, prove that your nation can be trusted, defend your immigrants if they will be caught by People's Militia or People's Security Service, right to extradiction of criminals from your nation. This fact will also be useful in the case of war or when talking about trade treaties. Of course nations who decide to build an embassy here can in future become allied with Dalaran.
Other informations:
Heavy weapons (rocket launchers, grenades, tanks, heavy machine guns, flamethrowers and so on) are prohibited. Non-native animals, plants, food or drink must be registered. Ambassadors are exception when it comes to ban of cars in the Republic.
Embassies are organized in pre-made ground-floor buildings, secured from certain forms of aggression by wall around them, reinforced walls, windows made of armoured glass and a bunker under the building. All necessary supplies are provided. All diplomatic facilities are located in International District, Teher-Uł. Also civillian foreigners can settle only there.
Embassies ARE NOT treated like sovereign territory of the nation they belong to. This means that People's Security Service can enter them when necessary, to capture criminals for example. They may be closed if National Council decides so, but closure must be explained.
