The primary language of Davisholm is English. However, the accent spoken sounds very different from any RL English accent. A few provinces have a second co-official language. The three languages that have co-official status on a provincial level are Norwegian, Davisian Gaelic and Davisian Sami.

Rani is the official language of the Rani Democracy and it is derived from a mixture of English, German and Japanese. Rani itself is a cosmopolitan language created specifically to deal with the different cultures living in the Democracy. Derived versions of English, German and Japanese all still exist but they are not spoken by the greater public and are consider a faux pas to be used in formal discussions.

Rani itself was designed from the three original languages to be easily understood, meaning it did away with a good deal of English syntax however the lettering is entirely phonetic based doing away with Japanese kanji. The Language was specifically meant to be clear, conses , and easy to pick up if you were a native speaker of English, German, or Japanese. Linguistic drift over the years has caused some minor changes to the language, drifting away from its root the original colonist created but overall it is still the same language.

The only Primary Language is Yulisian Dúclan, with well over 700 million total speakers (around 75% of Yulis speak Yulisian Dúclan as their native language).
Secondary languages are Jobeïse Dúclan and English, each with around 150 million total speakers (around 115 million Yulisians are native Jobeïse Dúclan speakers, and 75 million native English speakers). Yulisian Dúclan and English are the most popular learned languages.
There are a large number of Minor languages, including Grecien Dúclan, Hosbiarnan Dúclan, the language of Prolais, Spanish, French, German, Latina, and Extreme Western Lamenol.

The main laungauge in Luremurg is Old Norse, which is very similar to Norwegian. Although in the western part of the country there is a large German and French speaking population.
