Yes all children who attend public school from years 5-12 of school. Many places of higher education do also mandate the wearing of uniforms. Typically the male uniforms are a typical dress shirt and minimal suit handed out by the school with a tie and black shoes. Girls wear a typical sweater with a small neck piece, a skirt (ether at or one inch above or below the knee) a pair of knee socks and a pair of black shoes. The color schemes of said uniforms are dependent on the school colors of the individual school.

We consider school uniforms to be a violation of students' civil liberties and right to self-expression. Students may wear whatever they like, even things that might be considered by some as "inappropriate."

No uniform requirement for public schools.
Uniforms vary in design in the case of private schools.

Sarudin schools do not use uniforms. Schools not established by a government entity aren't even allowed to enforce a uniform rule, as it not only stifles the students ability to express themselves, but schools have been known to set up moneymaking schemes in which they'd only allow uniforms made by a specific company, with that company charging through the nose for uniforms and kicking back money to the school to stay the sole provider. Stigmas revolving around the human body aren't generally found in Sarudin, and as a result dresscodes are generally frowned upon.

Are students required to wear uniforms in school?
Yes, it is required by law that all schools, prior to university, have a uniform policy for students.

If so, what do they wear?
Depends on the school, there isn't one set uniform for every school.

In Perecelum, it's important for all students to be united. Students, regardless of gender, have the choice to either wear a blue shirt with black shorts (or pants), or a blue shirt with a black skirt. Shoes are up to the students however, and socks are preferred to be plain white, but it is not enforced.

All public educational institutions, at all levels of education - including post secondary education - require that all students wear a standardised uniform. The uniform of public educational institutions is set in place by the national government. Private educational institutions may set their own policy on uniforms, but an overwhelming majority of private schools maintain this policy.

The uniform generally does not vary from the below example:

Only a select few are allowed education. Most children start to work at age 5 in the country's many growing industries. But for those that do wear school uniforms it is whatever they can afford to dress

All Bazookistanian students are given a uniform when they enter the school system, but they may choose not to wear it. It is merely there for a provision. The uniform includes a

  • Dress shirt/blouse
  • Grey double breasted jacket with red trim
  • Red Knee-high socks (cotton & wool)
  • Black Waist-Pleated Skirt
  • Black dress pants
  • Black leather Dress shoes
  • Red Necktie

Students, weather male or female, are allowed to wear any of these uniform items, in an effort to encourage self expression, no matter the financial standing, although they are expected to use common manners while wearing the items listed.

We utilize a system of school vouchers in Coolidge-Eisenhower, so you will see a wide variety of policies on school uniforms. According to independent studies done on the topic -- upwards of 90% of institutions choose not to mandate uniforms, leaving 10% which do mandate them. This trend represents the general preference that people within our nation have for freedom and individual expression.
There ain't no issue where a tax cut doesn't help.

Are students required to wear uniforms in school?
All but the province of Dumisa have established school uniform mandates in schools.

If so, what do they wear?
In all states that mandate school uniforms EXCEPT Tresmont, the design of the uniforms is left to e-vote of the student body once per year. All designs must meet the Department of Academics standards before being put up for vote. Because social media and the CyberSphere have a way of popularizing especially trendy uniform designs, a special few have been selected in many palces across the nation with the most popular being the female Loyalist set used in 59 different districts.

The uniform is the same in all schools nationwide.

In Preschool (2-5) Children wear white t shirt and shorts/skirt, white socks and shoes and a grey neckerchief.

In Primary School (5-14) Boys wear white collar shirts, grey shorts, black zip up hoodie, grey neckerchief, black socks and black shoes. Girls wear white blouse, plaid jumper, black zip up hoodie, grey neckerchief, white socks and black shoes. The formal uniform replaces neckerchief with grey and black tie (black cross tie for girls) and hoodie is replaced with black blazer.

In High/Vocational School (14-18) Boys wear black blazer, grey and white tie, white collar shirt, grey trousers, black socks and black shoes. Girls wear black blazer, black cross tie, white blouse, grey skirt, white socks and black shoes.

Are students required to wear uniforms in school? Here in the Client-States of ABDS Corporation, we believe in the value of appropriate dress for appropriate tasks. The right uniform can help to cultivate the right mindset, whether it's a soldier training for battle, a chef preparing for a major banquet, or a student preparing for the Generalized Aptitudes Exam. To that end, most schools in the Client-States have some form of uniform regulation.

If so, what do they wear?
To some extent, this varies. Most elementary schools use a form of business casual dress consisting of appropriate collared shirt and slacks or skirt. As a general rule, uniform requirements become more lax over time, except in specialized fields (secondary students on a pre-medical career track, for example).

In Nortendland, school uniforms are near ubiquitous, with only a small number of schools choosing not to have a uniform. Uniform differs in terms of colour, style and other specifics. Most boys' state schools have a uniform consisting of a blazer, short trousers/long trousers, shirt, tie and cap whilst girls' schools often have a pinafore dress or gymslip over a blouse with a bonnet. The most expensive boarding schools, such as Allord College and the King's School in Lendert, usually have a uniform consisting of a tailcoat, ruffled shirt, bowtie, long trousers and hat, or similar. Many schools have unique hats, such as the pom-pom berets of Queen Caroline's School, the top hats of the King's School and Allord College, the trilby hat of Finchester School and bowler hat of St James' School.

Public schools in Forn Norrœnt Hæimr never require their students to wear a school uniform. Private schools, on the other hand, are allowed enough leeway to decide for their own rules within reason, which include rules about any kind of attire required or banned from students at the campuses. Pagan schools may require a traditional hooded garb for both sexes, while Christian schools have more conventional school uniforms for each of the two.
