King Fessler the 2nd

In 2015, the eastern part of the world was an absolute wreck. Russia, China, and Mongolia joined together to try to take over the world, Australia was in a brutal war with New Zealand, and North Korea had taken over South Korea. With all of these threats, not to mention terrorists everywhere, a few nations decided to join forces for protection. At first it was India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. But soon, nations who were under threat from the RCM(Russia China and Mongolia) were desperate to join. The new nations were, Bhutan, Nepal, Thailand, Laos, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan. The new nation was a power house! But, the RCM was not happy. This new nation had taken their South Western expansion! The RCM decided to attack. They flung 5,000,000 forces at Kazakhstan. Fessleria was prepared. They had drop bombings over crowds of RCM troops at night, to devastating losses. Within a month, the RCM had lost 500,000 troops. Fessleria had lost 24. The RCM government was in utter shock. The troops could not advance, they were pinned by gunfire and airpower. They had to retreat or die. The RCM chose retreat. They were on the border of Fessleria, so it didn't take long for them to get home. Once they got home, the RCM called surrender. Fessleria was still in an outrage. The RCM had taken the still developing mother land, attacked it, and killed 24 people! How dare they! Fessleria refused, carpet bombed Moscow and Shanghai, and THEN accepted their surrender. The first war had ended.

Sri Lanka was conquered 1 year later in the war of tradition. In this war, Fessleria found an ally in a tribe in the very north of Sri Lanka. They were called the Sven. Their language had a phrase, "Koof Ke", which would become a Fesslerian war call, and, later, our national motto.

1 year after the war of tradition, Fessleria was named a superpower by the united nations. They joined the USA, the RCM, and the New Israeli Empire.

5 years later, we reach present times. Our economy is amazing, our military strong, and our people happy. Let us see what the future holds, for a new past!

When King Fessler the First died of a heart attack, his son, the second, was poised to take leadership. But, was there a better way? He consulted 15 men to discuss, and they came up with a new political ideology: An altered Republic. You see, there would be a King, a People's leader, and a Senate. The King was responsible for writing up laws to pass to the senate. The senate voted on those laws. They could also write to the king to get his approval, and then an official vote in the senate would occur. The people's leader was responsible for taking the Senates laws and making them live and enforced.Also, if the senate approval percentage was less than 70%, he could say no if he didn't like it. Now, here was the good part about this. The king was originally King Fessler the First. His next King was Fessler the second. Fessler the second would choose the next one, he would chose the next, etc. Meanwhile, the People's leader was elected by the people, for the people, of the people. And, each member of the Senate was voted on in a district(The districts were the old country borders). It was a way to give people the freedom to vote, and make Monarchists happy.

The following is the official constitution of Fessleria,

THE GREAT STATE OF FESSLERIA OFFICIAL CONSTITUTION IS ALLOWED TO BE AMENDED BY THE SENATE ONLY.
FESSLERIA IS TO BE HEADED BY A KING, A PEOPLE'S LEADER, AND A SENATE.
THE KING IS TO BE CHOSEN BY THE PREVIOUS KING, STARTING WITH KING FESSLER THE FIRST.
THE PEOPLE'S LEADER IS ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE AS A WHOLE.
EACH MEMBER OF THE SENATE REPRESENTS A FORMER COUNTRY, CALLED A DISTRICT, THAT JOINED FESSLERIA.
EACH DEPARTMENT HAS IT'S OWN POWERS.
THE KING AND SENATE MAY WRITE UP LAWS.
ONCE THE KING FIRST PASSES THE LAW, IT IS SENT TO THE SENATE TO BE VOTED ON.
IF IT IS VOTED AS YES, THAN IT IS SENT TO THE PEOPLE'S LEADER, WHO'S JOB IT IS TO EXECUTE THE LAW, BUT MAY STRIKE IT DOWN IF IT IS WITHIN 50% AND 70% MAJORITY.
THE KING CONTROLS THE MILITARY, THE PEOPLE'S LEADER IS SECOND IN COMMAND.
THE KING HAS A LIFE TERM, UNLESS HE WISHES TO RESIGN, EACH SENATOR HAS A 5 YEAR TERM, AND THE PEOPLE'S LEADER HAS A 10 YEAR TERM.
FESSLERIA IS TO ALWAYS REPRESENT A MODERNIZING EASTERN WORLD. OUR GOAL IS TO SPREAD OR INFLUENCE TO THE EDGES OF THE FAR EAST TO THE BORDER OF EUROPE, OR THE GATEWAY TO THE WEST.
THE ORIGINAL MILITARY, ECONOMY KEEPERS, AND PEACEKEEPERS HAVE ALL BEEN GRANTED A DOCTRINE THAT THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD ALWAYS ATTEMPT TO KEEP.
THE ORIGINAL MILITARY DOCTRINE IS THAT THE NATION OF FESSLERIA SHOULD AVOID CONFLICTS IN EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, AND WESTERN AFRICA. WE SHALL KEEP OUR MILITARY IN THE EAST.
THE ORIGINAL ECONOMY KEEPERS DOCTRINE IS THAT THE NATION OF FESSLERIA WILL ALWAYS KEEP A COMPLETELY FREE ENTERPRISE, AND AVOID RAISING TAXES ABOVE 40%.
THE ORIGINAL PEACEKEEPERS DOCTRINE IS THAT THE NATION OF FESSLERIA WILL STRIKE HARD ON CRIME, AND STOP CRIMINALS IN THE ACT.
ALL REPRESENTATIVES MUST KEEP THESE DOCTRINES, SO HELP THEM GOD.
THE CONSTITUTION CONCLUDES. AMENDMENTS WILL BE ADDED ON AS THEY ARE VOTED ON.
