In Neo-Amalek, strict followers of the Abrahamic religions (which are opposed to homosexuality) are regarded with suspicion, and homosexuality is generally accepted. Homophobia is seen as the mark of a religious fanatic. During times of underpopulation people are encouraged to breed, however.

Homosexuality and gay marriage are legal in Mirkana. They don't particularly care who people screw.

The laws of Kemball Island specifically state that "homosexuals have the same intrinsic rights as any other civilian of Kemball Island as we do not believe in discriminating against any civilian of our country." Homosexuality was legalised in 1959 and gay mariages introduced in 1983.

Freedom from discrimination based on sexual orientation is a guaranteed right under the Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Maerngau.

The government does not recognize marriages, but does recognize legal partnerships between two consenting adults. These can be non-romantic business partnerships or otherwise.

In the Constitutional Domains of Milks Empire, same-sex relationships are afforded the same legal status as any other relationship between consenting adults. Polygamy between consenting adults, for that matter, is legal, though not often seen.

They are used as slave labor, expendable , and used to test new weapons. They have no rights as they do not increase the nations population.

The Holy Empire of Rolling Dead accepts Homosexuality, Bisexuality, Transgenderism, etc. with open arms. No marriage is Legal in Rolling Dead.

Statistics tell us 4/5 Sailors in the Deadman Navy are Bisexual or Homosexual. We have found these bonds to bring outstanding Uniform Upkeep, and close hardworking crews.

Our dead ancestors who lay down our Religious Laws have never once spoken ill of homosexuality.

No extra benefits are given to Homosexuals.

Homosexual/Heterosexual Supremacists are often shot by the Civilian Defense Corp if found, though there is no law against their behavior.

The Administratum, being a forward thinking and understanding entity holds the idea that one should not be held back by sexuality, and so the populace has come to at the very least tolerate it. When it comes to the services this line of thought is upheld, while forces are seperated by gender rather than sexuality in barracks.

Homosexuality and same-sex marriage are both completely legal in Castironia. The government does not feel the need to regulate activity between consenting adults. Adoption by same-sex couples is legal as well, and though we lack an external military force per se homosexuals are allowed to partake in our great nation's Citizen Defense Forces.

The government of Medyum feels that marriage is your decision, and so there are no restrictions of marriage of any kind.

Since Achalya Santis is a federation, states differ on their respective positions on homosexuality.

During 1960-1973, laws were enacted to forbid homosexual or lesbian relations. It was repealed, due to the discovery of it not being a mental disease in the US.

Many attempts on legalizing gay marriage have been made. To date, over 200 petitions have been made in state and national Congress to legalize it. Since many constitutions have Biblical laws, they are easily discarded. Only in Arapaima -with the largest gay population of the nation- has the effort reached to the Senate. Either way, it was dropped in 2007.

Since a part of the population is Christian, they are considered demons, and they must be delivered. Televangelist Julian Marcellé has over 300 programs of gender conversion, a recurrent theme of controversy. (He was also found to have an affair with his secretary in 2005.)

Homosexuality is a genetic state of being. And it is welcomed here. That is that, thank you very much.
