[Recruiter of the Ethical]

Recruiter of the Ethical wishes to establish region embassies between Ethicalism and other regions.

Ethicalism

• Ethicalism is an ideology affecting individual, national and international spheres

• Ethicalism focuses on the creation of sustainable and ethical economic and commercial practises were the environment and society are taken into consideration when creating business interests. This puts social first in sustainable business.

• Ethicalism wishes to instill moral values in individuals who thus practice it in their interactions leading to greater national development etc.

Embassy

Regions who establish embassies with Ethicalism will be headquartered in The Ethical's territory. The Delegate nation of a respective region will appoint an ambassador who will then alongside The Ethical's ambassador oversee interregional diplomatic affairs. The embassy constructed will be Sovereign Regional Territory.

Procedure

We request that regions have their Delegates make an application to The Ethical first expressing their views then Embassies can be Established thereof.

Ethicalism Act One: Ambassador Act.

This act was written and approved by The Ethical and published by Recruiter of the Ethical on the Second of February.

It is neccessitated that diplomatic relations are established to serve the Ideals of Ethicalism.

Embassies must be constructed to maintain these diplomatic neccessities. The Founder being The Ethical, will provide conditions for interregional embassy construction and Ethicalism's relations. Under this Recruiter of the Ethical is delegated responsibilities to create relations and the promotion of Ethicalism.

Ethical Ambassadors will be appointed by The Ethical to reside in their assigned regions mediate interregional affairs. These diplomats may not participate in their serving region's government, internal affairs and may not express their opinion in domestic issues, promising to maintain these ideals and making their serving regions aware of this.

Ethicalism Act Two: Advertisments Act

This act was written and approved by The Ethical and published by Recruiter of the Ethical on the Third of February.

Text

This act governs how foreign entities (described as nations and regions) may manipulate "ad spam" (thus described as sending advertisments to Ethicalism while not being a member).

Nations may not advertise regions and thus promote them on our regional RMB. This text is defined as whose content says that it requires members for its own region while undermining our own comparatively or otherwise.

Nations may only advertise events and debates with which Ethicalism's nations may participate in offsite or in expression of opinion or to defend other regions in need. If nations fail to abide by this they will be banned and will be in contradiction of NationStates Rules.

Advertisments may only be 10 lines or shorter if not they will be suppressed regardless of content or alignment with Ethicalist Ideals.

Ethicalism Act Three: Citizenry Act

This act was written and approved by The Ethical and published by Recruiter of the Ethical

Text

This text governs the protocol and measure for citizenry of nations.

Nations who apply for citizenry are entitled to enter elections for the regional delegacy and other governmental structures within the region. Nations who apply for citizenry are entitled to full rights and responsibilities according to Ethicalism's legal codes ratified by the Founder at present.

Nations need to have been present in the region for a week at least. Nations can telegram The Ethical or any representative delegated the power to naturalise nations.

Nations are obliged to respect the coherrent rights of others and encouraged to participate in the democratic process. Nations may have their citizenry retracted if they are found to disrespect the codes of the region by the founder or any entity entitled to the control of the processes of naturalisation. Nations may not elect a nation out of it's citizenry if innocent. All nations are innocent untill proven guilty. However if displeasure is found nations may elect a nation out of its comforts.
