The Government of Eminral has commenced its policy of reorganization. Therefore from now on, the Ministry of Foreign Relations shall record every action Eminral takes. It starts right now, with the new Diplomatic Program of Eminral.

We are expanding our diplomatic relations to the international community, and therefore we announce that we will be accepting new applicants. Please be reminded of the following new rules:

1. Only pistols shall be allowed.
2. Security staff shall be limited to 25.
3. Please keep your numbers reasonable.

The embassies/consulate shall be located in the City of Port Arthur, just outside the capital city, Eminral, unless the applicant country refuses. Consulates shall be located on province's capital cities.

Nations who have previously applied for our embassy application shall not be required to apply again. If they ever wish to renew their application, feel free to apply again.

We are glad that The Alcione al Campanella decided to open up an embassy on our nation. We are happy to announce that the application has been ACCEPTED. The address of the new embassy shall be 434 Crescent St.-, Port Arthur, Pentagon, 434-CRE. Trade and agreement have been approved by Federal Parliament. Special features for the embassy is accepted, workers are now working to install the plates and street lighting. We hope that this embassy may be the start of a new and stronger diplomatic ties between our country.
