Built on the foundations of courage, honor, justice and ideals of unity, peace friendship Slavya strives in prosperity. Slavya is a region full of rich culture, and friendly well-known nations. While there is a larger presence of Slavic culture, Slavya is a home to non-Slavic nations and welcomes any kind of nation.

Slavya's original intend was to replace the dying region of SLAVIJA. However Slavya has grown into a region of significant size and receives new members weekly. Slavya itself was originally a Pan-Slavic region, with a ideal of uniting all Slavs, but after some time Slavya has become a region welcoming all races and cultures. It's no longer home to just Slavic nations, but Germanic and other races. And while there is a certain presence of Slavic culture it is definitely a "for all" region. Today Slavya unites nations with all kinds of ideologies under one flag.

Slavya is positioned somewhere between the South Pacific and the East Pacific. It takes a few continents and a large number of smaller islands into its territory. Fairly enough, Slavya is home to almost all kinds of climate. On the north are colder temperatures with long and cold winters while on the south are warmer climates. However all of Slavya has winter,summer,spring and fall on almost equal domination levels. It is also full of minerals and forests in which all kinds of animals live. Rich resources were very welcoming to the first settlers in Slavya and are still here today to enlighten the modern states.

Most members are Slavya are members of the PSUS(Pan-Slavic Union State), even though some are not Slavs. They are also encouraged to join the Pan-Slavic Union State where any nation with even small numbers of Slavic population, Christians or are friendly to such culture can join as full members or observers. Slavya has a unique trade route between all nations present in it from which all nations there benefit. Of course, even those who are not members of the alliance receive protection from the Slavyan Armed Forces. SAF is a organization made to protect the members of Slavya, its made out by soldiers from the members and is currently funded by the Financial Aid Foundation(FAF), founded by Kleomentia and Severna Crvena Zvezda. Every member of Slavya has to give a small piece of their soldiers to serve time in SAF, this makes Slavya safer and makes good for relations between members.

Of course members of Slavya in need of financial aid are advised to seek help from FAF and they will be given that help immediately, and of course other donations from Slavyan members. SAF itself is administrated by the government of Slavya, while of course all members have a say. From which we come to the topic of the government, how it is elected and how it functions. Slavya functions in a democratic way, meaning that all government officials are voted for. Every member has a equal say in the voting, and every members can vote once. If there are two people with 50% -50% who are candidates for the same position then the voting is repeated so that the tie is broken. These are the government positions and their functions:

1.Regional Chief - The official leader of the region
2.Founder and Executor - The founder of the region, cannot be voted for, for obvious reasons
3.Regional Duke - The Chief's Deputy
4.Minister of Foreign Affairs - The person who takes care of foreign relations
6. Minister of Internal Affairs - The person who takes care of matters and issues within the region
6.Recruiter Chief - Chief of the recruiters in the region

There are also three positions of Inter-regional Delegates. They are delegates sent to other regions when there is a need for discussions about important topics or to commence alliances or similar. At the current time they are puppets of the founder so not to take time form actual members. Although if any member insists and receives some votes they can be put on the position of a Inter-regional Delegate. While the WA Delegate only serves as the regions delegate for the WA, and nothing more.

Of course, since there are positions and jobs there are always rewards. The founder of Slavya, Kleomentia has also inserted rewards such as medals, stars and similar to nations who have contributed to Slavya above average. The reward is a way to say thanks to the nation who has contributed to Slavya and/or has helped others. Below is the list of rewards by order from smallest to biggest.

Another reward which can be given is "The Heavies Badge". It is a award given to members who have stayed in Slavya for a longer period and have truly become part of Slavyan culture. They are refereed to as "heavies" as in older nations or nations who spent more time in Slavya.

Official Laws of Slavya

Article One: Law Enforcement
All of the laws which are written by the government must be respected by all members of Slavya. There are no exceptions nor looking the other way. The founder enforces the laws and punishments as most of the punishments are done via the administration panel. Other government members can still enforce other punishments.

Article Two: Trading
Slavya has a open trading system. Meaning that all members have trade routes with each other. Everyone trades with everyone and everyone gets income from the trading.

Article Three: Intelligence
No regional member shall conduct espionage on any fellow member nation. All member states will work together, with their intelligence agencies, to gather intelligence on possible threats to member state of the great region of Slavya.

In order to head alliance and regional intelligence matters, the Main Intelligence Directorate has been created and is to remain in existence for the defense of all member states.

Article Four: Defense
Where one or more member states' territorial integrity, political independence or security are directly threatened, or a state of war is declared on them, other member states are obligated to react as though their own territorial integrity, political independence or security is at serious risk. All member states will contribute it’s full military and political power, to help defend the integrity of fellow member states, when under threat. The Slavyan Armed Forces are funded by the Financial Aid Foundation and will receive any donations form member nations.

Article Five: Aid/Relief
f any fellow member state is hit by a disaster, whether economic, natural, civilian or military, fellow member states will be called upon to offer aide to the effected nation or nations from a disaster. Aid will include any type of the following; economic, military, humanitarian, or political.

Article Six: Combating Crime, Terrorism and Smuggling
All member states will cooperate with the MID to fight international crime and illegal trades (such as smuggling and narcotic and human trafficking) in the Union and Slavya members. Furthermore, member states to jointly combat terrorist groups in fellow Slavya nations.

Article Seven: The Slavyan Government

The government functions as a leading senate, which represents Slavya and its best interests. The government members are elected by all of the members of Slavya. Any Slavyan can candidate themselves for any position. The government must stop a current action if receiving a petition from the members of Slavya.

The government also functions as the handler of the Slavyan Armed Forces and, after a meeting or in a necessary situation, can use the Slavyan Armed Forces without the agreement of the members. As long as the cause is to save Slavya and its integrity the government member(s) will be spared trial.

Any government members using the Slavyan Armed Forces will be kicked from their position and will be sent to trial where they shall receive punishment or be forgiven. The government members that were elected stay at their positions as long as they don't violate any rules and until the next election where they may be elected again.

The Founder and Executor spot it not open for election for obvious reasons. The Regional Chief position is open for election along with all other positions. The duties of the Regional Chief is to lead Slavya and protect its integrity, sovereignty and asure its prosperity. The duties of the Regional Duke is to function as the Premier and the deputy Chief. The Duties of the Founder and Executor are to manage the region and to carry all of the duties of all the government members. The Founder acts as regent while the full government is still not elected. The duties of the Minister of Foreign Affairs is to make good relations with other regions and to diplomatically eliminate any threats. If failed to do so the issue must be brought to the rest of the government. The duties of the Minister of Internal Affairs are to make sure that Slavya is a safe region and to take care of any issues within Slavya. The duties of a Recruiter Chief is to recruit other nations and manage other recruiters of Slavya. The WA Delegate is not a official government position and doesn't have access to the administration panel. It acts only as the Delegate to the World Assembly.

Any government member insulting other government members or Slavyan members will be warned. If the government member receives two warning he will be kicked off the position and a new one will be elected. If a government member will make claims such as other Slavyan members being puppets from someone wanting to destroy Slavya or being a traitor, that government member must provide proof or will receive a warning.

Article Eight: The Slavyan Armed Forces
The Slavyan Armed Forces are a military force organized by the members of Slavya made to protect Slavya as a region and all of its members. All of Slavya's members have to contribute a small portion of their armies to serve in the Slavyan Armed Forces. In return, the Slavyan Armed Forces are funded by a organization made by Kleomentia and also provide military protection to all members of Slavya. Any threat to Slavyan members is attempted to be destroyed by diplomacy, if that fails the Slavyan Armed Forces come to protect. It is also a way to make Slavyan nation feel like a family.

Slavyan nation which do not wish to contribute to the Slavyan Armed Forces are allowed to do so. However the Slavyan Armed Forces aren't obligated to defend nations who don't contribute to them which leaves those nations at bigger risks of being attacked or worse.

Article Nine: Invasions/Raiding
Slavya has seen other regions being attacked and raided by big and small forces. Which is why the Slavyan Invaders Corp has been made. The soul reason for the creation of the Slavyan Invaders Corp is to protect Slavya from any possible invaders looking to take over Slavya. Obviously, all members of the Slavyan Invaders Corp must be World Assembly members, since that is how the invaders game works. Nations who aren't WA members but wish to join SIC can join the WA and then join SIC. SIC is also used to liberate friendly regions from raiders and to take evil regions as vassals. The Chief in Command of SIC is Kleomentia, and the members are volunteers. Invasions are lead by SIC commanders which are positioned by the Chief in Command.
