Following review and consideration by my department we take great pleasure in informing you that your request has been ACCEPTED. We are delighted to be hosting Her Excellency MrCasey Matthews and his family to our nation.

With the obvious exception of the City Swift, we are unfamiliar with the other vehicles you have requested to bring. We would appreciate more information before we can approve them, should they be civilian in nature they should be approved without delay. If either are aircraft they can be stored only at the International Airport.

We have studied the Blacklight disease in some detail and it has raised some concerns among our medical experts. Is this disease contagious to the population of Rosetta? What measures are in place to contain it?

This missive bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sir Daniell Williams. In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fledged diplomatic mission to the Republic comprising 4 security staff, 5 diplomatic staff and 2 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the monarchy in the aforementioned sovereign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint Guy Marie Alexandre Thomazeau as the head of the soon to be formed Heleventian diplomatic mission to the Republic who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt. Following review and consideration by my department we take great pleasure in informing you that your request has been ACCEPTED. We are delighted to be hosting Guy Marie Alexandre Thomazeau and her family and are honored that a diplomat of this stature has been assigned to our nation.

We understand he was previously a religious adviser in your nation and encourage him to contact The Church of Rosetta, who are always delighted to debate new ideas.

Normally all embassies are located in the historic Bath Street. We can make exceptions however and locate your embassy outside the town centre in a redevelopment area. I would like to first offer my gratitude for the initiative of your represented government to establish its diplomatic mission - in the form of an embassy - in the nation of Yohannes. Her Majesty's Government has long viewed the importance of reciprocity in conducting its diplomatic affairs with fair foreign nations of the seven seas abroad, and it is with that long-held policy in mind that we have decided to send this letter to your desk; with the humble request of establishing a diplomatic mission representing the nineteen countries in the Republic of Rosetta.
