Since almost all people speak British English and Hindi fluently, as required by Syleruian law, the accent sounds like a weak Indian accent with a Cockney twist. This is because a large number of British people who immigrated here under British ownership were from the poorer London districts and nearby cities. Almost no stereotypical higher class accents are observed, except in the case of the government.
