Steel Confessor Society [WIP. TG'd C&C Appreciated]

Postby Steel Confessors » Wed Sep 05, 2012 7:06 pm

"I wouldn't quite count the Steel Confessors having a society in the traditional sense. They don't really have any civilians. Either way they do have a particular brand of thought and culture worth exploring." - Galactic Anthropologist Ve'iu Aldoei

Overview

The Steel Confessor Brotherhood has no real civilian populace by comparison to other nations and empires. The small number that would count are still employed by the military Logistics divisions and are barely existent at all numbering .001% of a planetary population. The rest that make up the workforce civilians would build is made out of non-sentient robots and slaved cyborgs producing vast quantities of munitions and armaments as well as maintaining the Neural Net.

However, the extreme ratio of sentient to non-sentient is off-set by the extremist culture that has come out from their early years. In a basic summary the culture could be described as a radical pro-human faction with intensely hostile policies towards anything not human or genetically modified from the original human genome. Not only this but they are anti-capitalist, anti-communist, anti-proletariat, anti-democratic, pro-authoritarian, and pro-war. Confessors are also identified by their rigid discipline and iron wills. However, this will be further explained.

Government

The Government of the Steel Confessor brotherhood is limited and fragmented in a manner of speaking. It doesn't quite run in the same manner as every other empire, the majority of their organization based around the deployment and use of military forces instead of managing civilian assets having nearly zero civilian populations. However, the Brotherhood is organized into three branches of the Brotherhood called the Triumvirate Council, the Hydratic Order, the Gargarean Line, and the Chimeric Brotherhood. The Reborn also have a small role in the governance of the brotherhood but in a role much more akin to advisers with their greater vault of experience and knowledge.

Triumvirate Council

The Triumvirate Council is a collection of the three main branches of the Brotherhood. It governs for the most part the entirety of the military forces, and the matters of Titan on a general basis. It is further subdivided by the Hydratic Order, the Gargarean Line, and the Chimeric Brotherhood. Each has their own duties and posts to attend, as well as their own particular operations to attend to. The Triumvirate itself is simply a better term for the entire government. It doesn't label a single branch or piece of of the governance of the Confessors.

However, it does have a collective duty that all of the various subbranches and houses of the Council take part in. As each house of the council deals with their own specific needs and often times the models that supply their members. As stated above the council handles the deployment and movement of Military forces on the size of the Legios. This consists of sending orders to the head Myrmidon and Hydra forces to organize them towards trouble zones in the galaxy or against anti-human alien aggression.

The Triumvirate is also the main method of communication and treaty formation with outsider forces. If an alliance is to be forged such as the Terran Sol Defense Concordat, the entire Triumvirate must be present and fill the treaty into legislation through a unanimous pro-vote. As such there have been situations where just one Hydra or Manticore or whatever model present resented and threw the entire council into disorder and prevented the signing of a treaty.

Hydratic Order

The Hydratic Order is a complete assembly of leading and commanding Hydras. These are the individuals who've proven to be the most resourceful, inventive and intelligent of the Hydras. While this system merit should function as such merely as those find themselves proving they are the best among the rest, it often is a situation where those with the proper connections find themselves in the spot they wished for. This practice for the most part is shunned and ignored because it can cause stagnation as those with the same ideas find themselves working together with no real potential for innovation, it occasionally happens.

The method of appointment occurs as a Hydra passes along the chain of command. He/she is often groomed and examined for potential capability in the leading role as they progress by their superiors. This practice helps ensure a proper stock of recruits are present to assist in the creation and governance of the Hydras. While this leaves the window for manipulation open from the superior this is not that common as the hydra is more concerned with spreading their own glory and duty than their leader's and peer's. Not only that, but science and it's plethora of answers calls to the passionate scientists.

The Hydratic Order's duty itself is to grow and expand the technology base of the Steel Confessors as well as spreading the particular faith preached by the Steel Tenets. In fact, the Tenets have their origin in the Order, expanding out of the deliberations of the first members of the group on Titan. Even now the Order is located on Titan to help govern the structure although they send out envoys to inspect planets under the Steel Confessor's grasp. The Order is also responsible of the allocation of resources and materials to various Legios and planets as well as placing Hydras in command of ships and titans of the military.

Gargarean Line

The Gargarean Line is quite new in the grand History of the Steel Confessors as the models that make up the Line are quite new and innovative themselves having only been produced in the late few hundred years. These units themselves are created from the defeated and broken bodies of Neophytes who could not pass the trials of their calling or from the defeated bodies of Gorgons. They are metallic constructs that reach the current pinnacle of human/mechanical assimilation.

While these models are currently limited in their numbers and variety there are plans to perhaps expand them into new roles and perhaps even replace models that currently exist. For now though, there are the Nemean and the Lapith models. The Nemean are terror troops who are introduced behind enemy lines to decimate enemy morale while the Lapith is a covert operative using advanced cloaking units and holographic fields to disguise itself within the enemy and landscape.

The Line studies the potential use of Gargareans in further roles in conjunction with the Hydratic Order to perhaps design a new unit that could replace an Acolyte cheaply or a Manticore. Furthermore it assigns the placement of the few Gargareans within the Brotherhood into the Legio's and areas they would serve the most benefit. Another of its duties are to attend and initiate a newly created Gargarean into the fold and back among the living. The majority of this however occurs within the Neural Net, the cybernetic realm of false reality much more preferable to the cold metal shells they find themselves within.

Succession in the Gargarean line is done through a reigning representative, two for each model, assigning an heir for him. This can be done whenever the Individual wishes to step down from his role or the untimely death of the individual. However, as they mostly reign within Titan death is something that is unlikely to happen. Resignation is the predominant manner in which Gargareans are succeeded eventually the soldiers tiring or respecting the previous rule of twenty years established by the original Gargareans.

Chimeric Brotherhood

The Chimeric brotherhood is the largest of all the various houses of the Triumvirate council. This is mostly because of the fact they represent the bulk aspect of the sentient models of the Steel Confessors. They represent Myrmidons, Chimeras, Cerberii, Taloses, and every other kind of Chimeric brother. This includes the Neophytes, recruitment pools and ultimately the Centurions.

Each model of the brotherhood is represented by a total of six brothers forming a total of forty-two brothers governing the majority of the military. The Brotherhood also has the most duties among the subdivisions. The Chimeric Brotherhood is tasked with the handling of the Acolyte recruitment material, recruitment from conquered human worlds and alliances, the swearing in of Neophytes into Chimeras, establishment of Centurions, personnel supply of the Legios and garrisons, among a few.

The Chimeric Brotherhood also has an uncommon term limit that is actually the only of its kind. While the others of the houses step down out of respect to one another and towards their common duty, the Chimeric brotherhood actually has a limited term on its members. Each brother called to serve is expected to carry the mantle of leadership for only twelve years. Afterwards he names a successor of his model from whichever Legio he chooses before then returning to his Legio to serve with his former soldiers.

These returning soldiers are often treated with considerable distinction and honor, often being given the command of a Maniple or even a Legio as they integrate back into life.

Reborn

The Reborn are not quite a political branch or formation of its own. However, it does serve it's own role within the governance of the Confessors. The reborn are soldiers who've lived millennia through artificial means, often being interred with a support-sarcophagus where their decrepit and withered body is preserved and sustained until the end of time or catastrophic damage to the unit. Generally this applies to those of the Centaur and Harpies although considerable number of Reborn litter starships providing roles as Moderati or gunnery crews, linked to the weapon or ship itself in much the same way as the Hydra in command.

In political standings though these wizened individuals are called in as moderators and advisers for the duration of the debate and in matters for consideration such as treaties and alliances. They carry no real political weight in the form of votes but carry the clout of their own opinions and respected demeanor.

Culture

The people of the Brotherhood are pretty easy to divide. They can separated into the Non-Sentients (Servus) who have absolutely no culture whatsoever but play a vital role in the ongoings of the Confessors. Very important actually as they produce, create, and run everything within the nation. They maintain the neural net, produce munitions, ships, weaponry, rail-lines, models, implants and every item within the Brotherhood. They even maintain the recruitment pools of clones for the Acolytes of the Confessor Military.

However, the sentients (Cogitationis) are the predominant members of Confessor society and are pretty much the only actual members of the Confessors. While they are almost all military personnel with only a select few running and heading up the divisions that supply the grand armies. Generally though the Sentients hold together in a basic belief system and are generally of a typical mindset.

-Hold Duty and Loyalty especially to one's species as the most important values.

-Strongly believe in a balanced autocratic system. They believe that autocratic systems are the most effective but understand the flaws of the system so they attempt to repair or improve without changing the idea too much.

-Are strongly xenophobic and believe humans are the one true species.

-Believe in the creation of the Supreme Being, a true amalgamation of flesh and steel. The body of steel but the ability to reason and think. A human in a robot's body in other words.

-Generally do not believe in the oppression of technology instead, believe in the free-use and distribution of technology. This has been shown by Legios supplying human populations or uplifting them altogether.

-Mutation is an abhorrent product of rampant genetic therapy and must be controlled as the human genome is sacred.

-Generally distrusting of outsiders.

-Amused by the idea of superstition and belief in divine beings.

-Believe in Advancement regardless of the consequence.

-Find the idea of gods laughable.

Architecture

A modern representation

Architecture is the premier way that the Confessors influence and display their ideals. This is generally because of a commonly held belief that it is the most permament way to actually leave an impact on the world. An artist can create a beautiful masterpiece of a painting but eventually it fades, decomposes and collapses. A book is forgotten and left in the dust, lost to posterity and songs can be forgotten.

Structures, monuments, statues, ships can last forever. Even when the keepers of the building are long dead and lost to the mists of time they can continue on into the far future merely because of how they were built. The structures of ancient Rome still stand thousands of years later, a testament to proper engineering and construction. A way to influence to world populated by anything that comes after the extinction of the dominating species.

As such, much emphasis is put upon this art. Any building is meticulously crafted piece by piece, ensuring each minute particle of the structure is capable to weather time's endless assault. Everything is put into it. Thus the buildings of the Confessors are generally centered upon the idea of symmetry, straight planes and lines, plain features and an overall lack of ostentatious design. Overall its generally described as very linear and brutish with fortress like designs predominately made out of darkened metals and materials of alloys and steels. Even things such as chimneys and smoke stacks are towering squares with little to no design. Everything expresses a sheer expression of linear creations.

Even though there is generally no design or creation expressed upon the surface of the structures there are occasionally pieces that adorn the entrances of the buildings are phrases in ancient latin that express the ideals and belief system of the Confessors such as, Morte ad alienigenis (Death to the Aliens), Protege mens humana (Protect the human mind), Science relegans superstitio (Science banishes superstition.)

Language

Language within the Confessors can be a strange and varied thing. At the beginning of the Confessors, during their time as the Special Tactics and Formation: Cybernetics Division of the UEC (United Earth Confederacy), the main practiced language was the Conglomerate language that began to take hold, a mixture of English with the rest of the typically practiced languages forming a much more conglomerate language than English previously was. Generally though this began to fall out of practice within the Confessors when the UEC fell apart back into the variety of nations and worlds currently occupying Earth.

When the Confessors became more isolated from the rest of the human race and from the rest of the galaxy as it became more and more prevalent that the human species wasn't alone in the galaxy, and instead finding magnificent creatures almost everywhere, they transitioned into a more mechanical language. Known as Technica Lingua but more commonly and typical as Binaric or even more so, "That God Damn Noise."

Binaric is highly compressed audio-file that contains detailed scripts, packets of data, and files within the pitches and echoes of the sounds. With a single burst of Binaric a Confessor can send a detailed script of Hamlet or Homer's The Iliad within a few seconds of harsh static and noise. The sounds themselves however, typically have other species shouting out in dismay or annoyance at such harsh sounds or noise, and within a large meeting of Confessors discussing a subject between one another can be especially disorienting for non-synthetics without cybernetic implants.

However, the highly efficient nature of Binaric has made it the mainstay method of communication between Confessor Units especially in high speed situations such as combat. The blasts of bursted static can be heard over the din of battle and occasionally is used as a psychological weapon itself or merely as part of battle shouts, blaring the noises from massive horns.

While this method is very much preferred by the Confessors and they attempt to solely communicate through the 'noise' it has been made obvious that it cannot be their sole form of communication. As the Brotherhood expanded and sought out human establishments within the galaxy, they came across more and more alien species. While generally the only form of communication with the non-humans was through the barrel of a gun, it was still necessary to talk to the basic humans so, Galactic Common has steadily become more and more prevalent, in fact becoming the mainstay language within the Neural Net with Sentients.

Arts

The Arts of the Confessors is for the most part, non-existent the idea of creating a work of art such as a painting or drawing seen as a waste of time or a useless endeavor. The act is seen as congratulatory but it is the fact that it is not permanent and is very likely and in fact will degrade and be destroyed from the rigors of time causes them to look away from the idea. While it is partially used, such as iconography for battle units such as various maniples, Legios or even heraldic symbols for sentient models it doesn't find itself used anywhere else.

Literature of the Confessors finds itself used in a manner less like an art and more as a form of explanation and information, detailing how various things are carried out and done, generally sticking to histories and informative pieces explaining how something works or is carried out than ever explaining the plight of the non-sentients or human populations generally used as recruitment or cloning supplies.

Religion

Religion has always been a strange thing within the confessors. It is equally distrusted, ridiculed and overall held as a silly notion human ancestors created out of a need to stave off the shadows and formed order out of a chaotic world that made no true sense to our limited intellect. And yet it has sunk it's monastic beliefs within the very fabric of the Steel Confessors people and culture, turning their society and people into radicals that cling harshly to their beliefs, unable to yield towards other beliefs or truly allow the policies of their religion to falter and fail in the face of others.

In the beginnings of the Brotherhood, the STFCD, the members professed a strong sense of atheism and a spirit of scientific discovery that seemed to dwarf all others, even nations, dedicated research facilities and universities. The entire organization's members held in the belief that scientific progress and advancing the understanding of the world in a truly objective manner, through the lenses of math, science and technology. The organization as such, often found itself grinding harshly against those that professed their loyalty to a god or gods, and they had some collisions due to their mantra. Regardless, progress was made and scientific miracles such as the Reborn was created, their own method of FTL transit and the communication still used by the Confessors even unto today.

And yet, it began to change over time. Religion seeped its insidious tendrils into the minds and policies of the Confessors. The dogma of the Confessors changed from atheist standards towards something more humanistic. A typical belief in the well being of man and the slight sense that, just perhaps we had been created from the nothingness with a purpose or a destiny. While this wasn't totally met with a strong acceptance, the idea of the value of the human spirit and the strength that humans approach the universe that was so cold to our existence was strongly met with welcoming manners. Progress had always been the main focus of the Confessors and great strides had been made at the manipulation of the universe and the basic math underlying it all in ways that would be seen as completed in arcane rituals.

When the UEC fell, the people of the Confessors found themselves cut off from the Earth, Mars, and other Human colonies, the chaos of the new fractal Sol system reigning supreme. As such, the Brotherhood retreated to Titan, establishing themselves deeper into the command and control posts present, ultimately turning the surface of the rocky moon into one of smoke-belching steel factories the size of countries. These became not just factories, mining plants, smelters, but also temples and monuments to human achievement and the human spirit.

The Confessors ultimately sank deeper and deeper into the their new theocracy, delving further the depths of the humanist spirit and ultimately perverting the idea of human value and worth, rationalism, and objectivity with bigotry to non-human species, the belief in ultimate transcendence into pure machines of human creation but still with the human spirit. Technology became stronger and more monastic in terms of its approach, becoming less of a science and more into an Arcane situation. This isn't to say that progress has stalled but actually has progressed because of the religious fervor in which they look to fully transfer their beings into mechanical bodies.

As such, in summary the Confessors hold the current tenets as their main beliefs.

-Human spirit is the most magnificent creation in the physical world.

-Humans are naturally superior, having not been equipped to survive the world, being the underdog of evolution and their progress and yet achieving what they have.

-Technology is the best expression of human spirit and the most permanent.

-Non-human species are to be disregarded and hated as filth, although the closer to humans they are, the less worthless they are.

-The ultimate goal is to achieve full transcendence into mechanical bodies.

-Artificial Beings that are fully sentient are to be regarded as extension of humans.

-Humans have strong worth and should be protected throughout the universe.

The Neural Net

The Neural Net is a creation that can originate all the way towards the origin of the Confessors as a group during their years as the STFCD. The program and creation was originally intended as a method to better form a unit to their weapons and surroundings. However, the program itself soon developed more into a method of supporting units together into single organisms that can effectively function on the battlefield. The program also proved itself effective not just on the battlefield of terrestrial worlds, although this form is a much more stripped down and basic program, but also works in the fleet as a method of quick communication between Command-Hydras.

Soon it turned into a formation that has turned into something that is used extensively outside of the combat zone. Generally though, it's used as a method to help discuss matters of business and organization of the manufactories or mining facilities. This can center around the Hydras discussing methods of designing their factories or their production quotas. Even more so few of the military use it when they are not currently fighting the enemy.

The Neural Net itself is a program designed to better interface individuals in a collective consciousness. Each cyborg within the Confessors has a Neural Net Uplink implanted within the skull and to the brain of the individual. This implant is the method in which individuals can directly link to the artificial world created by the Neural Net. It provides a method of ad-hoc connection between the various uplinks into a intelligent network that can actually functionally work at the speed faster than light through communication networks used by the Confessors.

The Net functions by two parts working together. The first is the implant and the other is the actual program itself. The Implant as mentioned above, is implanted directly into the brain of the individual. It functions by artificially stimulating areas of the brain to produce artificially created realities. It stimulates areas such as the visual cortex, areas of physical stimulation, touch, taste, and even the sense of smell and pain. Everything can be altered and edited by the program itself though the implant.

The program itself is a complex set of algorithms and codes that can recreate the sensation of reality by producing a world within a world. The program would be set to specific input from the individuals participating in the uplink or room. It can vary from a small Irish pub set in a quaint hamlet to a world of perpetual war that is completely and radically different from the current world. It could even be something fantastical such as something like the Lord of the Rings trilogy. It could even be set to follow specific patterns or programs that range from situations such as specially designed combat training programs, to really anything they specially design. Generally these combat programs are used to help train Neophytes or even keep soldiers on their own little edge and satisfied.

The Net itself has also created a society that more often times reigns within the Net itself . Little deliberation actually has to be done within the physical universe with any true work being done within the cyber realm. Not only this but few individuals don't even bother with the physical universe such as the Lapith who have been encased within the artificial bodies of their robotics. Their brains are real and function but they don't ever really have any sort of connection to the world around them through the senses. As such, a few of them actually only survive in the false world of the Neural Net.

As such, the Net itself has influenced few soldiers or citizens as they train or work to become something more to the state and people. Even further a few citizens pretty much only survive within the Neural Net itself looking for a only survival within the artificial world that is able to be created which actually provides them the stimulation and sensation they lack from the real world. The Net also serves a swift method of communication and transmition between various sources and people to form a more cohesive unit.

(Basically think the Matrix but not run by ebil machines or using people as batteries.)

Sentients

Sentients are a classification of the majority of the soldiers within the Confessors Brotherhood. They are really whoever is capable of complete and rational thought, but since the only ones that are mostly thought as such are the soldiers who've had their minds kept intact. However sentients are also included with those of artificial creation such as the AI or sentient robots that operate within the bounds of the Confessors and even in the less extreme areas of the Confessors the human-esque xenos that operate within. However, the xenos that are pardoned of their crimes and allowed into the Confessors' Territory are generally not given the same benefits that the other sentients are given.

These sentients can also vary in their temperament but generally can be classified by the majority of their models. The specified creation of their models, the duties they are expected and the portions of the personality that are emphasized for the individual creations generally helps create certain traits or identities. This section will attempt to display the general attitudes of the individual models of the sentient models. AI's and Xenos will not be covered as they are much too varied and individual displaying their own traits with wild abandon than to fall under a single idea.

Generally it is found that the majority of the Chimeric brothers are short-tempered, violent individuals who focus more about the simple joys of striking down an opponent or enjoying themselves out on the field of war. Cerberii are very guilty of this and are often times the more cruel and sadistic models that can rival those of the Nemeans and that almost all of them could technically be classified underneath the idea of psychosis in standard human beings. Regardless they do experience their own individual personalities and development so this isn't a explicit outline of those individuals. Regardless the majority of the soldiers are for the most not very intelligent focused on their immediate nature.

The main difference to this are the Myrmidons and Gorgons. Myrmidons are generally more controlled and focused soldiers since they are commanding class of soldiers. These individuals are able to think more strategically, focus more on the 'big-picture' than the immediate events that surround them. They are often times less focused on violence and are the more commonly intelligent individuals. Gorgons follow a pattern similar to this as well, but are very patient individuals, a trait focused in their training as Gorgons. The character trait of patience and self-control is very focused during their training as they are expected to hold positions for extensive periods to target enemy forces from long ranges.

Another set of Sentients are the Hydras. These men are the technicians of the Confessors and the scientists of the entire Brotherhood. As such, traits such as being able to quickly Analyze a situation, focus upon the whole instead of the parts, and intelligence are very much cultivated within the Hydratic Order. Generally the more prevalent these traits the higher they progress in the Hydratic Order, ascending from those of the Rex ranks, to the Dominus and possibly even to the Summi-Regis.

The Gargareans are very different than the other of the Chimeras or even the Hydras. However, Lapiths are generally the more focused of the Gargareans and are quite analytic and stoic in some manners. They are especially as such whenever they exist within the physical world. They generally only really focus upon the false world the Neural Net provides, a situation where they can even feel anything being locked within an unfeeling steel body. As such, when they are in the real world they can be short sighted, ill-tempered men being cut off from the world. It's only within the Net are they their true identities.

Nemeans are more often very similar to the Cerberii as they are quick tempered individuals, brutal but carry traits from their service as Gorgons, giving them a sort of patience enabling them to truly function as hunters within the borders of the enemy and a sort of cunning that better supports them to track and strike at the morale of the enemy. However, they take a very different take upon the unfeeling nature of their bodies. Instead of seeking the Net like the Lapiths they instead merely go insane, constantly trying to find those sensations in the real world. This causes things such as Dementia, Schizophrenia, hallucinations of all kinds, and overall erratic behavior.

As such, each sentient has their own personality and focus, but overall that is how they carry themselves in a very broad manner. There are of course exceptions and changes between few individuals.

Boring Stuff

This section covers the various planets under Confessor control, their populations, their capacity within the Brotherhood, landmarks of various planets, the Legios of the Brotherhood, their commanders, council members, and anything else that comes up as noteworthy.

Titan

Titan, otherwise known as Saturn VI, is the largest moon of Saturn and is the only natural Satellite known to have a dense atmosphere, and one of the only objects within the Sol system to have clear evidence of water found in stable bodies of liquid water. Titan is the sixth ellipsoidal moon from Saturn. Frequently it was described as a planet-like moon. Titan has a diameter roughly 50% larger than that of Earth's moon and is 80% more massive. It is the second-largest moon in the entire Sol system, second only to that of Ganymede and it is larger by volume than the smallest planet, Mercury, but is only half as massive.

Titan itself is primarily composed of mostly water ice and rocky material. Although to the caps of the moon are giant lakes and seas of hydrocarbons, light materials such as methane, ethane and components that are similar to oil. For the most part the landscape was smooth with landscapes similar to Earth with dunes, rivers, hills and relatively few impact craters. However, most of that was replaced by giant manufactories.

The atmosphere of Titan is mostly composed of Nitrogen, 98% in fact, with with the remaining 1.6% being hydrogen and methane. The remaining traces of gases are hydrocarbons, such as ethane, diacetylene, methylacetylene, acetylene and propane, and of other gases, such as cyanoacetylene, hydrogen cyanide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, cyanogen, argon and helium. For the most part though the atmosphere has considerably thinned as the manufactories burned away the hydrocarbons present on the moon and replaced the atmosphere with a combination of industrial smog and waste.

Titan's surface temperature is about 94 K (−179 °C, or −290 °F). At this temperature water ice has an extremely low vapor pressure, so the atmosphere is nearly free of water vapor and so has been replaced by industrial waste. The haze in Titan's atmosphere contributes to the moon's anti-greenhouse effect by reflecting sunlight back into space, making its surface significantly colder than its upper atmosphere although as the manufactories churn and burn, the effect is gradually reversing. The moon receives just about 1% of the amount of sunlight Earth gets and so even as the greenhouse effect is created it ultimately proves useless to the climate. Titan's clouds, primarily composed of methane, ethane or other simple organics, are scattered and variable, punctuating the overall haze. This atmospheric methane conversely creates a greenhouse effect on Titan's surface, without which Titan would be far colder. The findings of the facilities present show that Titan's atmosphere periodically rains liquid methane and other organic compounds onto the moon's surface which are then collected to power the factories

Generally the barren rocky surface of the moon has no been replaced by veritable forests of manufactory smoke stacks belching smoke up into the atmosphere and burning away whatever remains of the hydrocarbons of the atmosphere. The surface has almost entirely become the industrial complex which produces the cybernetic implants of the soldiers. The rocky surface is now full of steel fortresses of production and engineering creating massive buildings of production.

Arikas Manufactory

The Arikas Manufactory is a significant structure on the entire face of the moon Titan as it covers the entire Eastern Continent surrounded by oceans of hydrocarbons in which it regularly draws fuel from. The facility features three stages for the entire production of material in an industrial complex. In the central portion of the facility it holds a giant pit mine that extracts iron and other metals from the depths of the planet with ever increasing drills that perhaps could even split apart the planet or reach the core and extract the massive core of iron within.

From there raw ore is drawn up into the deeper portions of the facility where it is smelted and processed into the raw material needed for further construction. The facility entirely mines, processes, then crafts the raw material into whatever is currently needed by the Confessors which more often than not is the cybernetic implants needed to construct more Confessors. The entire facility processes and uses several million tons of ore and products a day. Gradually it is even sprawling further out to engulf more and more of the moon, even building structures to sit upon the lakes of fuel to better process the oceans.

The facility itself is responsible for over ninety percent of the world's production and material of which it uses. As such, Titan itself is known to produce to be responsible for a vast majority of the cybernetic implants within the Confessors.

The Arikas facility is also has a secondary level that the majority of other manufactories and in fact even production planets do not carry. It carries an entire level dedicated merely to the production of clones and the organic material needed to fill the ranks of the Acolytes and even occasionally Neophytes. This means that the Arikas facility produces millions of soldiers for the cause of Humanity each day with the hundreds of clones gestating in the tanks below the surface of the planet.

Triumvirate Council Building

The Triumvirate Council building is the only thing that serves as the center for all the focus of the Confessors, the government facility in which all decisions are created. The building itself is built near the north pole of Titan, on a flat plain pf Titan, although a ring of mountains circles around the rear of the facility shielding it from the incoming rain of methane

The building is organize around a central building shaped as a circle with three branches coming off of the central building. The three buildings are all organized into circles as well, all tasked with the central focus of providing houses of meeting for the three separate congresses of the Triumvirate. The central building serves as the focus of the central meetings of the entire Triumvirate.

The northern building serves as the line of house for the Gargareans, recently constructed to accommodate the newly crafted line of soldiers. The western building serves as the construct that houses the Hydratic Order, the eastern holding the Chimeric Brotherhood.

Pheinos

Pheinos known also as Drakus II, is the largest rocky planet of the Drakus system. Pheinos is the second planet within the Drakus system outclassing the first rocky planet which is roughly the size of Mercury but smaller than the two gas giants that dominate the system. Pehinos has a mass that is 1.3 times larger than that of Terra but only has a diameter 37% larger than the human homeworld. The Drakus system is dominated by the single white dwarf of the star that used to dominate the system, barely giving any light to the worlds within the system. The planet is mostly composed of metals and metallic compounds, filling the entire mass of the planet.

The planet today is mostly continent sprawling factories and storage facilities for the factories themselves. The planet is tasked with producing the majority of the batteries and power systems of the various models around the Brotherhood while still producing vast quantities of munitions and projectiles to be used by all Legios and garrisons.

Pheinos serves as the central point for the II Legio and as their repair and refit base. It was claimed by the II Legio in the year of 26.44 (26th Century, year 44. In other words, 2,544)

II Legio Garrison Post

The II Legio post serves as the central command canter for the Legio, working as the main seat of command. From here the Hydras and Myrmidons of the order forcus on how the detachments and cohorts can best move about to provide security for the Steel Confessors. The planet is the northernmost planet on the borders of the Brotherhood and as such the II Legio deals with the incoming threats of that particular front.
