Since the end of the Electrician Civil War, our government lacked a Diplomatic Program. All contact with the outside world was made by Diplomatic Missions lacking in resources and all aliances we have done with countries all around the world were sealed only thanks to the extreme prowess of the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs personnel.
Thanks to the advice of Secretary Mustafa ibn Vladimir, yesterday i've passed a bill to the Diet of the Confederation Founding our new Diplomatic Program.
I hope that this decision will begin a new era of peace and prosperity in our nation,increasing the number of countries to whom we have relations.
All other details will be revealed shortly.

The bill that created the new embassy program of the Most Holy Electric Empire was approved by the National Congress.
The rules for application in the embassy program are the following:

1. All Diplomatic personnel have diplomatic immunity in accordance with General Assembly Resolution #22 and are required to follow said act. If any diplomatic personnel are in breach of this act, they will be forced to leave the Most Electric Empire within 24 hours.

2. Embassy extraterritoriality will be respected.

3. All embassies may have a maximum of 30 security personnel, 50 diplomatic personnel, and 40 service personnel.

4. Embassies are limited to a ratio of 1 land vehicle per 3 personnel, and 1 aircraft per 12 personnel.

5. Land vehicles may have bulletproof armouring, but no further armouring is acceptable.

6. All aircraft will be stored in aircraft hangers located on the Neu Mahalapye/Du Bocage Intl. Airport

7. All animals, plants, drugs and alcohol will be thoroughly examined before gaining entry to The Most Holy Electric Empire

8. Firearms may not be fully-automatic.

9. Any applications that do not follow these regulations or are not filled out in will will be declined without exception.
