The Confederacy of Feudal Ronin States - The Bottom -The Bottom is the largest urban area and capital city on Kagawa Prefecture island. It has 3.2 million inhabitants.The Bottom is home to among other things, government offices, hospitals, schools, and so forth. It is the epicenter of the confederacy's cultural, politcal and economic life.

The original name of the city was De Botte, old Dutch for "The Bowl",which it was named by the first group of traders (the Dutch) to come to the confederacy in the 1500's, referring to its geographical position in a valley surrounded by hills. The Bottom is an English corruption of this name.
