Esteemed Revolutionary President Yunglang Antelope, who led the nationwide War of Liberation against the dictatorship that ruled us decades ago, once said that "Diplomacy is the weapon of civilised men." The People's Republic of Namor government, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, are living proof of his words, which couldn't be more true.
Whether your nation is a communist nation, a capitalist conservative nation or a fascist dictatorship, you are always welcome to establish diplomatic ties with the People's Republic of Namor. As long as your nation recognises our sovereignty, our indisputable existance and the universal right to co-existance, you are welcome to have a diplomatic mission in our country. We will do whatever we can to strengthen relations with any country, not putting their political or economic system in our minds.

About Namor
Namor, officially known as the People's Republic of Namor is a huge nation inhabited by Namorese. Located in western Esquarium, it is a Liberationist democratic republic. Namor is known for its varied and extreme geography, its long history which dates back to ancient times, and its variation of local cultures. Namor is the second-largest nation in Esquarium, and has a population of 810 million people.
Namor started off as a mosaic of different clans and tribes, which later evolved into tiny kingdoms. The kingdoms were in a constant state of war, which became known as the Tribes and Kingdoms Period, until finally King Green defeated King Blue in a final civil war, reuniting the Nozama Valley, and named the new empire "Namor," which meant "world." The Namorese Empire was the hub of world civilization until it collapsed in 220 CE. Since then, Namorese history has taken on a pattern: the first dynastic change would lead to the rise of a powerful empire, and then the second one will lead to anarchy, and so on. This pattern continued until the establishment of the Antelopian Dynasty, the last feudal period in Namorese history. On 1910, revolutionaries overthrew the Emperor and established the Republic of Namor; however, the republic was unable to control the war-striken country, and at last people realized that it was only a dictatorship. A group of revolutionaries known as the Liberationists waged civil war against the Republican regime, and overthrew the Republic of Namor on 1950, replacing it with the People's Republic of Namor that exists today.
At first, Namor was an isolated socialist republic. During the 1980s, however, reforms began to take place, and Namor developed a booming private sector. Modern Day Namor became the region's most economically developing nation, enjoying an annual economic growth of 9%.
EMBASSIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS
ALL EMBASSIES shall be located in Namo, capital of the People's Republic of Namor as well as Namor's largest city. Namo consists of Old District and New District, the former home to many ancient buildings and the latter home to some of Esquarium's most vibrant business centers and metropolitian areas.
Embassies will be located in two locations: Diplomacy Boulevard and our new location, Yinzo Road.
DIPLOMACY BOULEVARD
Diplomacy Boulevard is a long, 2 kilometer-long boulevard that runs from the Southern Lawn
of the Executive House to the Northern side of the Central Council Hall. It is perfectly designed
for embassies, its embassy buildings all have four to five floors, along with an elevator. They
are also surrounded by fences to ensure that security is the priority. Embassies in Diplomacy
Boulevard also enable ambassadors to get a decent view of Namo's Government District.
YINZO ROAD
Yinzo Road is the longest street in all of Downtown Namo, one of Namor's
busiest and known areas. Here, the craziness never ends, and one can
also enjoy the nightlife here. Ambassadors in Yinzo Road can see what
Downtown Namo has to offer, from lavish restaurants to bright night clubs.
A list of regulations all respective countries must read carefully:If the respective ambassador is prosecuted for the murdering, killing or harrassment of another person, specifically a Namorese citizen, he will be subject to Namorese Law; however, The Law is Fair as well as just. The ambassador's diplomatic immunity will be considered in court, and he will receive a lawyer or attorney for free.
- All respective countries can view their embassies as their territory. Once the respective ambassador or his family members step outside of embassy grounds, all laws and bylaws of the People's Republic of Namor apply.
- Ambassadors are granted full dilpomatic immunity, and are free from arrest, immune to search and arrest warrants, as well as criminal charges. However, they can be prosecuted for capital charges that include involvement in terrorist activities, killing, and espionage, etc. Namorese authorities have the right to place an ambassador under arrest for traffic violations.
- Each embassy is allowed to have a maximum of 10 security staff and a maximum of 10 diplomatic staff. Other staff are unlimited. Education for any children in the ambassador's family will be paid for by the government of the People's Republic of Namor.
- All weapons respective countries are bringing in must be registered with the authorities. We reserve the ultimate right to prosecute anyone in the embassy for owning or bringing in unregistered weapons.
- Petrol stations in Namor tend to run out of gas and have high prices, so embassies are encouraged to bring in vehicles that run on alternative energy.
- Alcohol in the embassy may only be used for medical uses only, and must be registered with the authorities. Recreational drugs (e.g. beer, vodka) are allowed to an extent. This excludes cocaine. We have the ultimate right to remove an ambassador with serious substance abuse or drinking issues. Marijuana is strictly prohibited in Namor.
- Each embassy can bring a maximum of 7 animals into the country. They must be registed with the authorities and checked by the Ministry of Health. This will decrease, if not eradicate the chance of a foreign medical epidemic entering Namor.
- The respective embassy is allowed to hold receptions and parties without interference from the authorities.
Ambassadors must notify the authorities of any medical or health issues within himself or his family with the authorities.- Ambassadors are free to contact the authorities or any government agency anytime. A hotline system has been installed into every embassy so every ambassador can contact government officials anytime. Ambassadors can also e-mail or mail letters to government officials.
- The government of the People's Republic of Namor will notify all embassies of any change in the diplomatic field, and embassies are welcome to respond to any change.

Enemy Nations
Listed here will be countries that are hostile to Namor and threaten the security of the Namorese people. Blacklisted countries are prohibited from constructing embassies in Namor until relations officially normalize. Meetings between Namorese and blacklisted countries' leaders, military elites and businesses are prohibited.

- Zokoria: For recognizing an illegitimate regime as Namor's sole government, for spreading political terrorism through forms of intelligence agencies and secret police, and denying basic universal rights and liberties.
