In The Chelbrusitan, all citizens as per the constitution have the right to own firearms. To obtain a weapon, one must simply go to their local firearm retailer(often Alcohol & Firearms stores, browse and select their firearm of choice and apply to purchase. To purchase and own a firearm one must be at least 18 years of age, not committed any felony offenses, pass a background check, and have a valid ID. Semi-automatic rifles and shotguns require no registration. Those under 18 but 16 and older may own and purchase guns in the caliber of .22, but must register it. Handguns over .25 also require registration as well as fully automatic and selective fire firearms. Explosives require a special permit and typically can only be found online(does not include most fireworks). Registration is a fast process, but one should expect an hour for it to clear, as background checks require 30 minutes and paperwork often takes time to complete. To own large weapons(artillery such as howitzers, tanks, etc.) one must file for a Level 1 Lisence with the Firearm Registration Administration(which is not a law enforcement agency). Unlike many states that require some degree of registration and background check, certain drug use is not a factor in ownership or purchase of anything(use of alcohol, tobacco, salvia divinorum, herbal insense, and recently legalized marijuana). Open carry is legal everywhere except businesses that disallow it. Concealed carry is legal through a license obtained after 6 two hour classes are taken with 3 hours of on range training.

Our people are allowed to own guns only after they successfully earned the licenses by passing a series of psychological tests at first.

All of the military and the elite have guns (some have guns built into their bodies). But commoners can't own them unless give permission.

People under 18 need parental permission, and first time buyers need to pass a safety exam, which takes like a half hour to complete and costs like $5 North California Dollars ($10 USD).

Once all of that is taken care of, you are good to go buy any gun you want.

What are your nations laws regarding the private civillan ownership of firearms, or other weapons similar to firearms?

Rekta is a nation of devoutly Christian and morally upright people. Some would even call us fanatics. As such, it serves us well to be armed.

Guns are currently only reserved for the top bureau of policing, and the army if it were to participate in a war (which it has never done). Guns are even closely regulated here, so that off-duty officers must sign back in to fill up the whole inventory again.

The new government is entering talks with the Ultimate Judix- our judicial system to establish a well-proportioned plan. The proposals are said to be to regulate all fire arms, with a card which will be used for ammunition, too. The National Firearm Register could be implemented, with expensive bullets and paraphenalia, but there may be no change at all.

The possession of private arms (under the artillery threshold of 40 millimeters, or 1.575 caliber, semi-automatic only without bolt-action, lacking telescopic sight beyond 3.4x) is legal under Inzy constitution. Due to the lax nature of such armament laws, however, criminal offenses involving legal weaponry are penalized in tenfold.

Firearm ownership in Aqizithiuda is not only mandatory, but is a very good idea as well. Between the various blood feuds, supernatural creatures and the warrior culture, almost no one is safe without at least a sidearm of some sort. There is no limit on how powerful a weapon you can own, bar that of cost and the potential that your neighbours may decide that you want to go to war with them and launch a pre-emptive strike as a result.

With no legislative system at all, there are no limits on gun ownership whatsoever. They are desirable items since they can at least slow down an enemy, even if the citizens are all undead already.

Some have criticised Keshokif's gun ownership program for being too difficult, but it is a system that seems to work as it is.

While gun firing programmes in government-supervised firing ranges are available to people of any age, you may only apply for a gun licence when you are 18 years of age. If you have had significant gun experience before, then you can complete 20 hours of gun use before you can move on to the next stage, but if you haven't had any prior experience, then it takes 40 hours.

The next stage is the paperwork stage. There is an assessment by a psychologist, a background check, as well as lots of paperwork, to ensure that only people with adequate mental capacity and those who will not kill everyone in sight get guns. Once you have finished this, congratulations. You are the proud owner of a gun licence.

Once you have a licence, you may buy a gun and, very crucially, a gun safe. It is a violation of the law to keep a gun outside of a gun safe, and there are strict guidelines as to what counts as a gun safe, such as;
  • It must have a metal exterior, with 3cm thick metal surrounding it.
  • It must be large enough to contain the entire gun.
  • It must have a lock, which must be used whenever the gun is inside.
There are other laws surrounding the cases, but they are much less well-defined.

Congratulations - if you have finished this process, then you are the proud owner of a gun in Keshokif. This opens you up to numerous sporting and social clubs, such as the Rifling Association of Keshokif, Ddega Gun Club and the Mountain Shooting Guild.

Owning a firearm without a license is illegal. Citizens must carry a gun license permit at all times when using a firearm and regular checks are done to see if said firearms are being used privately and in a and safe manner. Prison sentences for firearm misconduct can be up to about 8 years in Kaschovia based on the circumstances of the offense.

Guns are licensed. It is slightly difficult to get a gun license for handguns and bolt-action rifles, it is harder to get a license for semi-automatic weapons and shotguns, and getting a license for automatic weapons is the hardest. It is illegal to own explosives and flamethrowers.

In order to buy guns you must obtain a license to do so. To have it you must take two short classes, a gun safety class to teach responsibility and a class to teach how to use one as it's the only legal way to learn how to use actual guns. A test must also be taken to pass the class. The licence only lasts a decade and you must go threw this gain. Criminal records are also checked to see whether the person is fit to own one.

The license can be revoked is the owner uses guns irresponsibly such having it an unsupervised child, firing them in gun free zones when there's no danger, selling or lending one to anyone who without a license, hunting animals that are illegal to hunt, or threatening a person who means no harm with it.

In Trefeqia guns are seen as a privilege, not a right. But Trefeqians have no trouble with guns being owned when their owned by the right people, they even have no problem if their brought into public areas, although they do need their license with them.

The national laws regarding firearms make America look restrictive; there are no licenses for ownership or public possession, and foreigners face no additional restrictions. Convicted criminals have their arms returned upon sentence completion, assault weapons are legal, and mental illness is not necessarily a hindrance to gun ownership, although it can be. Knives and swords are also legal and similarly unregulated.

Permitted and encouraged. While there are limits, you can't own a rocket launcher, any semi-automatic firearm is unrestricted and fully automatic firearms are restricted but not banned. Gun ownership does require training according to governmental standards as well as militia membership, so there are limitations. Regardless, the more armed militias are present, the harder any would-be capitalist invaders will find it to conquer us.
