A bureaucrat read this manga and concluded that the main character's rants about "left-right thinking" applied to nearly every country no matter its politics, including fantasy sections where the Emperor visited regular nations and killed people for normal politics, showed a lack of deep political understanding of the situation on the part of the author. They were not impressed.
