I wonder what is an Auto cracy - is is something ruled by automobiles? (of course i know what autocracy in its standard spelling means, but this is different hehe )

I guess so. :lol:

URS only accpets applications from governments that have living humans running their nations. Therfore we could not accpet one from a a nation run by cars. :eyebrow:

Luckily central slavia has little such problems.
Most nations that are not in the PSUS or so have little interest in diplomacy with a strong-fist socialist state...
