Army structure

Branches of Imperial Armed Forces are Imperial Army, Imperial Navy, Imperial Marines, Imperial Air Force, Imperial Space Fleet and Imperial Space Marines. Manpower is 276,400,000, wich is 6% of total population. Armed forces are mostly professional, but FSM also has compulsory military service and military forces can conscript any adult male between ages 17 and 67.

Imperial Army

Army defenses the homeland and is largest branch of armed forces. Its manpower is 141,300,000 men, it is poorly trained and equipped and relies on simple human wave tactics. Many soldiers are conscripts instead of professional soldiers and Imperial army is the least professional branch of armed forces.

Air Force

Air force provides air support for army, navy and marines and guarantees air superiority. It also operates ground launched nuclear weapons and ICBMs. Ground crew and security forces have some conscripts and civilian workers, but flight crews are mostly professional soldiers. Manpower of the Imperial Air Force is 5,500,000 men and it includes flight crews, ground crews and large security troops of air bases. Air force operates approximately 55 000 military aircraft and 3 000 ICBMs,
