The Republic of North Europa make a new start in foreign policy by starting the embassy program.The beginning of this program is an opportunity for our country to join the international scene.After much effort we are therefore most pleased to do today 30 January 2012 the inauguration of this program.We welcome you to the Embassy Program of the Republic of North Europa.
Information about The Republic of North Europa
The Republic of North Europa is a Presidential Parliamentary republic. The Head of State is The President William Malkox.The Presidency is a term of 5 years.Prime Minister is Mr. Harold Darkolk. The Parliament of country consists of 200 MP's. The Capital of North Europa is St. George.
Information about the location of the embassy in the country
All embassies are located in the country's capital, Saint George. Saint George as a capital city is the Centre of the whole country. It is also culture, politics, media and financial center.
Also is a center of tourism as thousands of tourists visiting the city throughout the year, to visit various museums, exhibitions, buildings, as well as the famous Temple of Saint George in the center of the city. Another reason to visit the city's nightlife, which includes live entertainment, theatre, cinema and more.
Embassy Building Information
All embassies will be located in already existing Office buildings throughout the city. All embassies have been fitted with direct phonelines to the Office of the President, members of his executive Cabinet and with the Emergency Services (Police, Fire Department and EMS). All of the embassies have also been provided with direct acces to highspeed internet. Last but not least, the Embassy' grounds will be Diplomatic protected Territory of the country which is in charge of the Embassy, but said embassy grounds are not sovereign soil of the country in charge of that embassy.
Embassies should be composed of:
- 1.No more then 50 Diplomatic Staffmembers
2.No more then 20 Support/Service Staffmembers
3.No more then 40 Security Agents/Guards
1. All staff of the Embassy has Diplomatic immunity in accordance with resolution # 22 of the General Assembly. However, if there is any evidence for espionage and criminal offences in accordance with its Constitution and resolutions of the General Assembly, the country will withdraw the functioning of the Embassy and diplomatic staff would have to leave the country within 24 hours.
2.During their stay in the country of all personnel of the Embassy is bound by the laws and the Constitution of the country as well as by the resolutions of the WA of whether the sender is a member-country. Also the security personnel and Support/Service of the Embassy are not covered by Diplomatic immunity and in case of corruption, espionage or infringement and more, the country may issue an arrest warrant and the accused will be tried in the country and will be held in the prisons of the country.
3. For security reasons the employees at the Embassy must wear tabs which publishes the country. They will bear the name, specialty, and the Embassy in which they work. It is important to have the tabs, because as members of the Embassy has no identity and therefore unable to establish their identity.
1.Permitted weaponry includes some assault rifles (must be semi-automatic), submachine guns (semi-auto), semi-automatic pistols, revolvers, tasers, batons and more.
2.Prohibited weaponry includes any and all nuclear or radioactive material, any fully-automatic weapons, machine guns, sniper rifles, anti-materiel rifles, knives, any explosive weaponry (including grenades), riot gear, and airsoft/BB guns
3.Military grade vehicles are also Prohibited.
4.It is only allowed for a country to bring allong no more then 10 vehicles, including 1 aerial vehicle (i.e. helicopter/ small size plane.)
5.Next to (armored) cars , only helicopters and small size planes are allowed to bring along with your Diplomatic Mission]. Said helicopter or small size plane will be stored at the nearbiest airfield to the embassy at your own expense.
