And yes, our Witches do dress like that (In combat zones, at least). Non-combat uniforms, obviously, feature a skirt.

Ancient Satheran soldiers were a hardy people, and Ancient Sathera's culture revolved almost entirely around combat. Old Sathera had a vast army and navy, and Old Satheran Armour usually consisted of chain mail, leather, fur, or steel, and weapons consisted of Greatswords, broadswords, Battleaxes, and bows.

Satheran soldiers during the Great War were mostly outfitted with the same uniform. Black, white, and grey shirts and trousers with a black helmet, black gas mask, and black gloves and boots. Most soldiers were equipped with the standard Satheran Gewehr mk.II, a rifle known for it's precision and power throughout the region, and every unit was given a group of attack dogs, also outfitted with the black gas mask.

Today, Satheran soldiers are equipped with top of the line armour and weaponry, including the Satheran Gepanzerten Helm mk.XII, the Satheran Rüstung-Einheitliche mk.VII, and the Satheran Zwingen-Waffe mk.IV. Modern Satheran soldiers are the very heart of the Empire, and are respected and highly honoured among society.

Are all your military personnel female? Also, doesn't that long untied hair get in the way during operations?

Winterfell has mostly a standard infantry equipped with standard equipment manufactured in Winterfell. The same applies to Navy and Air Force. A few special divisions of soldiers exist and are equipped according to purpose. New divisions are trained and equipped according to need.

A standard Peach Land Soldat. The 'E' on the helmet stands for the unit designate (in this case Eli). Finally the tan camouflage is subject to change based on environment and this soldier has swapped out his standard issue rifle for a G36C.

Yes,everyone in the army is female. The males in the nation are so stupid and weak we would never put them in that type of danger,they shall just cook at home like they have been since the 1500's! Oh and the untied hair, its nothing,they usually tie it up before getting into a big battle.

Reverse chauvinism, interesting.

Of course, Karlsland allows men to serve in OUR military. They just don't get the really cool jobs too often. And they can't actually join the Witch Corps, they have to be engineers.

Even in MT, women pretty much dominate the Karlsland military. 3 in 5 soldiers are female.
