Information (IC)
The city of Sahmehn is one of Carmadin’s three Capitals. Possibly the largest in terms of size, and influence second only to Chahr, the Government Capital, Sahmehn houses anything and anything to do with foreign diplomatic affairs, trade, embassies, and anything else to do with the nations of the world. (for all you people out there who won’t rest till you know, the Third capital is Elcahnd, the Military capital
)The International Relations Section spans an 8-building complex in Uptown Government District, and, while MIR (Ministry of International Relations) 1 is reserved for Carmadin officials, all other buildings are sad and lonely, and looking for a home. MIR2, MIR 5, MIR 7, and MIR 8 can house 10 embassies each, of small size, MIR 3 and MIR 4 can house 3 Large Embassies each, and the 3 connected buildings that is MIR 6 can house really all the rest. Full-building Embassies may be requested, for one of the MIR 6 buildings, or a new one. Please note that Embassies may only be in Sahmehn.

Please, if I don’t know you at all, don’t request a full-building embassy. Save me the posts. You can have a nice cozy suite, but I would like to save MIR 6 for players who I am friends with, and know well. If, after reading this, you go, “Oh, that’s me”, then it most likely is. I don’t want to sound mean, I would still like to have embassies with many nations, but the nations I want close IC ties with are the ones I already have close ties with.
