History
The Federation of Earth Systems was formed in 2150 by the various Earth governments after a series of wars. These were called the Unification Wars. Where the United Nations fought against many nations such as the United North American States, Russian Federation, People's Republic of China and the Japanese Empire. The United Nations was backed by Europe and several other nations and after 25 years of war the new Earth government was declared in 2150.
In the following years humanity made great advances in the area of space travel and soon made first contact with the Covenant Empire. After a brief but bloody war the Earth Systems has made it's mark on the Galactic stage. And is a working member of the citadel community.
Government
The government of the Earth Systems is a federal Republic divided into three branches. An executive, legislative and judicial. The executive branch is headed by the President and his advisors. The legislative is headed by the Parliament and the judicial is headed by Supreme Court.
