Xedania requests a seal for the Xedanian Council. A factbook about the Council is available here. If you need more information, the Council is the legislative body of Xedania and one of two government branches. It is made of a House of Citizens and a House of Scholars, the leaders of the majority party in both Houses lead the country, and you have to have a college degree in order to enter the House of Scholars, while in the House of Citizens you only need to graduate High School.

- A map of the Dutch provinces Gelderland, Eastern-North Brabant (with Eindhoven) and Limburg. Also a map of Poland, Belarus and Ukraine (without Crimea)
- A mixed op coat of arms of Poland an Belarus with the motto: Nasz kraj, nasz lider, nasz język
- A photo of the Polish president in the centre of the coat of arms

So, here's the deal. I would like a seal for my organization, the Drawk Corps.



I already have the basic seal, I just need it refined and done with correct effects, which I can't accomplish on my own.

So there's the image. What I want is the same thing, except I want the lines thickened, and I want it to have a silver sheen, like what the letters up at the top of this post have. Also, the background behind the circle seal edge should be transparent rather than white.

Basically, make the seal as large as the one I posted (300x300 or 400x400), and take the text image that I posted at the top, and add that below the seal on the same image.

just remove the Grim Reaper in the emblem and replace it with the crossing scythes. And put the transparent, barely seen (like 40% transparent) the "Anarchy" logo
