NIC Embassy Program
The NIC has, for the first time in national history, opened its borders to all nations wishing to establish a consulate or embassy. Please fill out the application below, mail to 111 Palace Grounds Rd, Portland, Portland, 00001, and allow two-three weeks before being either accepted or denied access to our nation. The NIC applications are all reviewed very carefully by the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Jasen Tomolo, and the Diarchs Bilrow Hawkins and Ivan Moldavi. This "Foreign Friendship Committee" also contains two members of the Joint Security Counsel, Major General Diane Beckissi and Lieutenant General Julio Draggovar.

Keep in mind the following rules when applying:
• No more than 50 armed guards/ security forces are allowed on your embassy or consulate grounds
• Only nations Calmerica is aligned with may establish an embassy
• Military vehicles (tanks, combat aircraft, etc) are not permitted access into Calmerica
• Military grade weaponry is forbidden (automatic weapons, grenades, explosives, etc)
• Diplomatic immunity is granted to all consuls and ambassadors unless evidence is presented of said consul or ambassador committing a capital crime
• Embassies are considered foreign soil, under jurisdiction of said embassy's country
• Consulates are considered domestic soil, and as such foreign forces have no jurisdiction
All consulates are granted one conference room, one reception room, five offices, and one parking space at the National Building of Consulates. Consulate is closed off to other consulates upon request. The first two floors are for Calmerican use, however floors 3-26 are all available. Approximately 2-3 consulates can fit per floor, depending on specific requests.
All embassies are granted one acre land, a parking lot fitting 15 vehicles, three conference rooms, a parking space at the Royal Grounds, a personal dock space at the First National Port, and a two plane hanger at the Private Airport of Royalty. The number of living quarters may be specified below, however the standard is three. Specific design and request of quarters may be requested below as well.
