1) How many provinces does your country have?
Over 1200. The exact number is not known

2) How much autonomy do they have?
It depends on what type of province they are. There are 3 types, colonies, states and territories, each with different levels of autonomy

3) Do they have a capital, a flag and a coat of arms?
Yes, all of them
Kalaspia-Shimarata's flag represents the Union between K&S. The dark blue represents the sea and the light blue represents the sky. In Kalashi language considers light blue and dark blue to be different colours. England colonised, and unified K&S, between 1774 and 1953, and English, light blue and dark blue are considered to be the same colour. Therefore, the contrast between dark blue and light blue represents the union, but the differences between K&S where as blue being two but simultaneously one colour represents K&S being two, but simultaniously one entity. The opposite to the symmetry represents the unity and indipendance of K&S, whilst also representing the Kalashi culture of opposite symmetry.KS is 75% Christian, hence the cross.

Marks: 10
Regions: 50
States: 100
Districts: 1000

2) How much autonomy? Each province is granted a certain level of autonomy, some, such as regions and states may even have their own constitutions in addition to the national constitution.

3) Do they have a capital, flag, coat of arms? Each province has a capital. They do not poses individual flags, with the exceptions being Consuls and States. Only Consuls and Marks receive a coat of arms, which is based upon the ruling family in power at the time.

1) How many provinces does your country have?
16 provinces on our homeworld, 1,540 districts on colonies.
2) How much autonomy do they have?
Pretty much complete autonomy. Royal influence is next to non-existant, so as long as provinces/districts don't completely overstep their bounds, they may act as they see best.
3) Do they have a capital, a flag and a coat of arms?
Yes, each province has a regional capital, a provincial flag and emblem.
4) If you want, post maps/flags/coats of arms related to your country

1) How many provinces does your country have?
There are 12 provinces in Costa Fiero.

2) How much autonomy do they have?
A bit. Provincial governments administer taxation, infratructure projects of local importance, local by-laws and some aspects of education and healthcare, mostly on a case by case business. For example, the newly created province of Islas Galapagos administers its on healthcare system on the islands as it is quite a distance from the rest of the country.

3) Do they have a capital, a flag and a coat of arms?
All provinces have a capital city which is usually named after the province itself.

Here's me testing my knowledge of my own nation's geopolitical information by trying to remember all answers.

1) How many provinces does your country have?

Dystara contains ten Diocesia, or provinces.

2) How much autonomy do they have?

Militarily, the houses/clans/families/alliances in a given Diocese are allowed free rein to slaughter each other - unofficially - but otherwise the Diocesia answer to the Decemvirate.

3) Do they have a capital, a flag and a coat of arms?

Most of them have capitals, with the notable exceptions of Miceme and Jye. Flags are all variants of the national flag, and coats of arms are specific to houses and families.

4) If you want, post maps/flags/coats of arms related to your country

1) How many provinces does your country have? Beringovia's first order administrative divisions are called okrugs (о́круг) which could be considered the equivalent of a province, though the word is usually translated as "district" or "county." There are 29 okrutgs in total, of which 18 are classified as self-governing, and 11 as non-self governing.

2) How much autonomy do they have? Self governing okrugs have their own elected assemblies. They are not considered autonomous, but are generally allowed to govern themselves in local matters. Generally their functions include police protection and emergency response, public schools, maintaining roads outside of incorporated cities, and regional planning. In seven self-governing okrugs, the okrug government is merged with municipal government of its administrative center. These effectively function as municipalities which are independent of any higher authority other than the national government. Non-self governing okrugs, which tend to cover very sparsly populated areas, do not have any government at all, but exist solely for statistical purposes; all governmental services are provided directly by the national government

3) Do they have a capital, a flag and a coat of arms? Each self governing okrug has an administrative center (though it is generally not called a capital) as well as a flag and coat of arms. Non-self governing okrugs do have coats of arms, which are mainly used by those who hold honorary titles of nobility over them, but they do not have flags and, as they lack any sort of government, have no administrative centers.
