The Republic of Hakkoi, or as it is known nationally, "The Hakkoi Republic" is a Presidential Republic located in the west of the Minyang region. The Republic Prides itself in its abundance of civil and political rights, along with the status of the nation's environment.

The Republic's Embassy Exchange has once again been put into operation, and as of June Sixth, Two Thousand and Eleven, the Republic of Hakkoi will once again be accepting applications to establish embassies within Hakkoi.

Regardless, we would like to thank the Neue Deutsches Reich for expressing interest in The Republic of Hakkoi's Embassy Exchange. It is with the most outstanding authority of His Most Eminent Holiness and at the behest of the Managerial Council of the Sessho Imperial Mandate that I seek to hereby contact you. It is with great honor and respect that I hope this missive reaches you in good times of prosperity and progress, for such is mutual in the light of the purpose of this letter.

As I am sure you well know, the Holy Communion and Imperial Covenant holds host to the Imperial Mandate of Sessho, an ethnic Khinenese polity, and one of the largest economic centers in the entirety of the Covenant. Home to a bright and flourishing culture, Sessho has shown itself to be quite valuable in the realm of commercial and financial enterprises. As such, requests to His Most Eminent Holiness on the behalf of the governing council of the Sessho Cvetrzati are not taken lightly nor ignored. They are respected for their worth and often honored upon their formal application. It is due to such an official request that I seek to contact your nation's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Holding a substantial Khinenese minority and upon the request of the Sessho Managerial Council due to the small Khinenese host present within the Hakkoi Republic, as plenipotentiary representative of His Most Eminent Holiness, Tzejvyros of the Holy and Noble Communion, Nejakuvar of the Imperial Covenant, the Communion and Covenant hereby formally requests the foundation of a diplomatic embassy within the Republic of Hakkoi for the purpose of developing diplomatic relations as well as strengthening the cultural bond of the Khinenese people present within our respective, sovereign polities.

We would also like to note that we are most pleased that a nation with a Khinen population has taken interest in uniting the Khinenese community through methods such as this, and such is commendable.
