President of Zhenostavakia rejects the proposal to SMIDACON. But he says that SIMADCON has CIS full support. Zhenostavakian President Dymitri Mijkolic thought his speech out carefully today

Dear Members of SMIDACON.
As President of Zhenostavakia I respectfully reject this proposal. The reason is that Zhenostavakia is currently unstable and the economy is in a recession. On behalf of the Grand Council of Zhenostavakia NO wins against yes 150-10. Zhenostavakian Polls say that 3 quarters of Zhenostavakians reject this. So I am sorry but this nation cannot join but I will fully support this

The Onyxslavakian Council rejects this proposal as Onyxslavakia does not need this. Me and President Mijkolic and Evocan President Pasternak have came to this decision. Sorry for this short speech but I need to get to the country of Syiraq
