To the honorable Lady Sif Finnhald, Foreign Minister of the Allied States of New Edom,

This is, I fear, a letter that has been far too late in coming. The Mother Empress and the Imperial Court have at last decreed the opening of the Shrailleeni Foreign Affairs Initiative, and have chosen to apply to the Allied States of New Edom as the first nation to recieve the formation of a Shrailleeni Foreign Embassy. It is our fondest hope that this will foster in a new age of friendly Shrailleeni-New Edomite relations, and bring our nations closer together as members of the international community.
