What type of Gov't do you have?

Simple question, what type of gov't do you have? Also what rights do your citizens have? And one more thing what type of legislature does your gov't have? Start anwsering. I have a tricameral gov't with a Pres and my citizens have a lot of rights. Give details if possible (parties, pres, etc.)
I will give more details later (as a nation).

Absolute Autocratic Monarchy /w an insanely complicated system of sorts.

Also what rights do your citizens have?
Every right as granted to them by the simple gift of living, of course. Simply because you see the words 'Absolute' and 'Autocratic' most people assume 'insanely oppressive' which we are happily not. Russo-Spaniards enjoy the same liberties and rights as those of 'libertarian' governments do.

And one more thing what type of legislature does your gov't have?

Executive- President (dictator) and cabinet of Ministers

Legislature- Council of Legislature. No house of Reps or senators just a council counted by population of its states. (Elected)

Judicial- Supereme Peoples Court (Serious cases regarding a nation as a whole and high law bracking (trason)) and Peoples Court (small courts within the states.

Economy- Partially a Freemaket government controls some aspects of its economy making a social free market.

People have the right to vote for a court Judges and Councilmen but not the Ministers or the President who chooses his/ her successor.

Partys- United Peoples Party (original and supreme party) and the Social Democratic Peoples Union Party (SDPUP).

Limited monarchy. All military and foreign power is held by the Jarl (king), everyday issues and the internal running of the nation is governed by parliament, but any decision parliament makes can be vetoed with a word from the Jarl. All religious matters are governed by the council of Gothar, but once again, the Jarl holds veto power.

Every Citizen who is both a follower of Almighty Odin and over the age of 18 may vote in parliamentary elections, as well as drink and smoke. To be a citizen one must serve at least 2 years in the military (in a combat role, it's 4 years for a non-com). Once Citizenship is achieved, the Citizen is still considered enlisted, and must keep both weapon and body in working order.
