Either that is a Supercell Storm or a "Tsar Bomba" nuclear bomb, the largest of them all. Either way, it sure looks scary.

You could call it the Bravia ADMNN M4242 Neutron bomb

I think a mix of your ideas would be great, a thermobaric orbital weapon.
