Of course not. We are, however, willing to sell slaves, and we would not refuse to sell to someone who indicated that they would be foolish enough to free them.

Why would that be "foolish?" Simple. Our slaves are genetically programmed to submit to the strong and dominate the weak, much like we ourselves do. They're also engineered to be extremely strong in comparison to baseline humans. Oh, and we don't like goody-goods or holier-than-thous, so we engineered our slaves to be proper connivers like us. This means that any nation who buys our slaves and frees them into their nation has pretty much paid for a Decepticon invasion in superhuman form.

My nation supports slavery. Slaves increase our production rates at literally no expenses. We abuse them and devour their corpses when they die. They are treated as objects and citizens can do whatever they want to them.

We suggest you fire your accountant and the head of your slave program immediately. Slaves are cheap, but they certainly do not come with "no" expenses. First, there is some kind of acquisition cost. Either people have to buy them or they have to take the time to hunt them down. Trapping expeditions require equipment that can get expensive, and if you don't have an insurmountable physical advantage over the quarry, the quarry may be able to kill its pursuers. This adds risk of life to the equation.

Once you have some slaves, you must feed them and provide some sort of shelter from extreme environments or they will die before they can do any meaningful amount of work. Also, abusing them too much lowers productivity because they will have too much damage to work efficiently; this destroys the value of your investment. Finally, causing them to crash too soon taxes the slave acquisition system. Humans take 12-15 years before they are strong and durable enough to do heavy labor, so you really wouldn't want them to die off prematurely for no good reason. Most other sapient species have a long development time as well, so if you avoid using humans, you'll still have these same basic issues to deal with.

Our own nation has no regulations on the treatment of slaves, and it's legal to buy one just to dismantle it alive or somesuch thing. We, however, have the logic circuits to know that it's more sensible to keep them working at peak efficiency.

Also worth noting is that slavers are considered utlagan, as enemies of all mankind, and so doing them harm or killing them carries no lawful consequences, and doing so is in fact the duty of all Eahliscmenn. We also have no restrictions on private ownership of weapons short of weapons of mass destruction, and most of our adults have military training. We also allow - in some cases, practically require - the creation of private warbands.

In other words, if a private organization in Eahland really wants to free slaves, purchasing them is forbidden, but there's absolutely nothing preventing them from raising, equipping, and employing a private army to do it by main force, and if they kill out of hand every slaver they come across in the process, that would be considered a bonus.
