Official declaration of the Democratic Republic of Goias
In light of the fact that Goias has begun to make its presence increasingly felt on the international stage, the Parliament has recently approved the government's plan to begin an embassy program.
Our nation is hereby officially opening its borders and allowing the establishment of embassies on its soil. All applications must be made through the Foreign Ministry's embassy program.
For nations interested in official relations with the Democratic Republic of Goias, the following application form must be completed:

All embassies shall be established in the capital city of Arasar, and must conform to the following rules:
- Any weapons more lethal than pistols are not allowed. Explosives are strictly forbidden.
- Any vehicles can be armoured at the request of the country.
- The following limits are in effect over the maximum amount of personnel:
Security: 20
Staff: 50
Service: 50
- Any items brought into the embassy must be declared with the Goian customs office. Any items that are in contravention with Goian law will be immediately confiscated.
- Should a country accept the offer to have the National Police handle security, they will automatically waive their right to appoint their own security forces.
- Countries with comparatively poor records towards civil and political rights and with classifications that reveal undemocratic practices shall only be granted conditional acceptance. According to this policy, Goias refuses to establish its own embassies or enter into military alliances with these nations.
