Unsanctioned disclosure of classified information for any reason is a very serious crime, and the creators and sponsors of such a website would be mercilessly hounded by the authorities (which already have a reputation of not shying from extrajudicial methods to silence dissent), the sources risking with charges of treason.

Wikileaks was allegedly responsible for releasing nudes of Ketterley on the Internet. It was another group of hackers who had released the nudes (or, to be more precise, photoshopped Ketterley's face onto the bodies of other women and then released them). She nonetheless believes that the website is responsible for this and despises it immensely.
The actual government of Setgavarius, including Ketterley's boyfriend, doesn't really care about Wikileaks. Setgavarians are rather openly, and candorously, candid about political matters and do so with abandon because of the cultural conceit that all politicians are corrupt, psychopathic liars. In addition, Setgavarian English is somewhat designed to be a countermeasure against whistleblowers from other planets, as its' sentence-level semantic content parsing produces meanings counter to a literal interpretation.
UCE Reform Division experts have concluded that Setgavarius's planetary and regional governments are the least corrupt in the UCE, neutering the need for Wikileaks.

While we support his commitment to freedom of press, we worry that his allegiances may be with powers that are less than friendly towards liberal democracy, such as Russia. His bias towards the divisive figure known as Trump is also a worry.

The government of the Republic of Dark Triads has send numerous lawsuits of slander and libel at Wikileaks' way, none of which have been responded to. They are seen as nothing but cowardly liars hiding behind computer screens. Espionage gets you dozens of years to life in prison, if not outright execution. Couple that with breach of confidence, sedition and defamation towards the established order, and chances of getting out exist anywhere from zero to none. Wikileaks are seen as cyber-terrorists and spies of highest degree and as such would not be safe on the soil of the Republic of Dark Triads.
