The reason why he is not higher on this list is because of the social and political consequences of issuing a veto.

He is by far the largest private contributor to many social programs. He also has massive influence over the technology sector in the Walosian economy and is also the largest individually taxed person in Walosia and is considered to be the richest Walosian with a net fortune of 55 billion denaris.

Julia being the president of this institution has the central task of managing this financially important institution. The position as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court yields reasonability with both managing and controlling the Supreme Court of Walosia and having the final say in most cases brought up before the Supreme Court. The Chief Justices have an absolute veto, but this can only be used if it 8 of 10 Chief Justices decides that the veto should be used. The Chief Justices are also the ones to issue a “Constitutional Review” in which the Supreme Court can discard a recent legislation by the Government on constitutional grounds. The Supreme Court is also the only institution that can prosecute and sentence members of the senate, the president, the Legatus or any member of the Royal family if such should be required and if something like that should happen, one of the Chief Justices will be the presiding judge along side with 5 other Supreme Court Judges.

The Auditors General is a panel of 20 economists and lawyers who are tasked with monitoring and supervising the finances and economical situation of the Government and the spending of the Senate. As the Chief Executive of this fund, Martin has authority to, along side with his secretaries and partners, decide on what shares and what investments to focus on. Being the highest authority within the Walosian military, the Legate is tasked with managing the military as a whole and he has the final say in military matter when it is required. The Legate is also the sole military advisor in the Senate and is one of the three individuals in the senate, which holds a suspensive veto. The position of Legate is appointed for a six-year term by general election within the Walosian military. All current military personnel, from the youngest recruit to the most experienced Dux have to vote over the candidates for the position as Legate. The Legate is considered to be the second most powerful individual in Walosia as he has the authority to order any military operation under his command, he has the authority to use his suspensive veto in the senate and he has the authority to declare marshal law when it is required. He can however not declare war on another nation, as the senate must approve such a decision beforehand.

The president has the responsibility to sign bills into law, authorize declarations of war and is the representative of the Walosian State outside. He is considered to be the most powerful individual in Walosia as he has the most authority over decisions made by the senate and has the general responsibility to ensure that the cabinet and government runs swiftly.
