We are glad to hear that you have successfully ousted your "god" emperor, Maximilian the Twenty-First, and have restored peace and order to your nation. However, this is not the reason that we are sending you this message.
You must reform the empire from the top downwards if the regime is to survive. Our own royal family walked down the same path you are following; you only need to look to the great revolutions of 1917 and the civil war to discover how that turned out for them. Do know, however, that if you orchestrate a similar series of events to those that ended the reign of your predecessors, we will make you regret it. I will personally sign the letter to unleash the wrath of the Mechanocracy upon Maldovania. We will hunt down the whole imperial family and publically execute them in front of jeering crowds who, similarly to us, are thoroughly sick of their shenanigans at the expense of the common man.

The new head of state of Maldovania is Empress Louise VII and not Grand Duke Philippe who was the original heir to the throne. But Grand Duke Philippe did not wish to be Emperor and gave the throne to his sister.

"We have all suffered not only during the reign of my father Maximilian. But in the last seven months after the death of Empress Louise VI.
The madness of the three Emperors Gregory VII, Philippe III and Maximilian XXI who have all ruled Maldovania in the last seven months.
And these three men started a blood bath worse than any other Monarch in Maldovanians history. 20 million people dead in seven months
The former Imperial Family the House of Castagnola massacred all 78 of them. Civilians and nobility have been massacred in Maldovania
In the last seven months. The darkest seven months in our nations history. I myself have suffered the death of my children as my father
killed them in front of me. All around Maldovania we have seen executions phony trails the dead have been lying around in the streets.
But let us look away from these seven dark months to a brighter future. As you all know it was my brother the Grand Duke Philippe who
was the heir it should have been him who stood on my place. But my brother did not wish to be Emperor so he gave the throne to me.
And i have plans to turn Maldovania in the right directions. For the last 1264 years Maldovania has been ruled by one person the Monarch.
This can no longer be the case and to much power has been given to the military we need to have a police force to take care of the civilian matters.
The Military should only be to protect our nation. We also need to let political parties be legal in Maldovania and have an Assembly elected by the people.
We must starts reforms to build up our nation after these dark seven months. If we all work together i am sure we can return Maldovania to the state it was before the last seven months.
But we all know that it will take a lot of work. But we are Maldovanians and we will raise again. Let the world see us for what we really are.
Not a bloodthirsty people but a people of peace. My dear people i give you my word The darkness is over and i will give you reformed that you need
and turn Maldovania into a democracy in time i will give away my power to an Assembly and let a Prime Minister when elected have the political power. And the Monarch will just be a symbol.
My goal is to turn Maldovania into a Direct Democracy with a Federal Constitutional Monarchy. But be patience this will take time a country can not chance direction over night.
I don`t know how long it will take but i promise you that it will happen. You my people will never suffer the troubles and brutality of the last seven months again.
And all laws created by my father is no longer valid you are all free to worship what ever God you believe in and practices your religion in public. My God bless Maldovania and the people of Maldovania"
