1. having an average I.Q. higher than 78
2.Better equipment/Funding
and
3. Simply building a larger version of an existing weapon.

Building a AR-15 is not a challenge when you build it out of parts you take of the shelf and put in a Receiver! Firearm Assembly while not trivial is no real challenge It is following a set of instructions. The Lack of even basics on they're AK's Is disgusting Saw one a Couple month's ago They don't even have Chrome lined barrels.
Also I have used a CNC mill not all that difficult.

I want this thing to be a little Beefier Than the M2 and the KORD And with GsHG 7.62 It can already spray 7.62 Tsarist until whatever it is stops moving.

If you want a HMG, use a HMG. Rotary barreled weapons serve little to no purpose outside of aircraft/anti-aircraft roles. If you're mounting it on an AFV or static post, you should be using a GPMG/MMG or a HMG. Otherwise you have far less ammo in practice than you do in theory and far more weight that you actually need.

We agree on a brief set of guidlines and see what everyone comes up with. Everyone has a unique style after all.

Say hello to the BRDM-2M with a GsHG 7.62 or 9.3 (Depending on whether or not I Change it) With a AT-14 This is king of fast attack vehicles. Think lightened BMPT type System For this.

The whole idea of an OICW/SPIW style of weapon is to completely replace standard issue rifles. As such, you don't want too heavy. I simply copied the SPIW weight requirements, since the weight of a fully loaded battle rifle is more than enough for your average user.

Which is fun GsHG or M2 sorry a little ambiguous.
Otherwise OK I thought the Gshg 7.62 Didn't need a power unit it's gas-operated. no one really lists the rest of the weight and well I still want to make a 9.3X64 variant for the rest of my forces (mainly Permanent Fortifications and Aircraft.
