Hey! I need your help for the seal of an order in my nation.

I want an upright oval (like an egg standing up) with any bird of prey's head poking up from behind it. On the oval itself, can I have a single white feather on a navy-blue background. Finally, remember that bird of prey? As well as its head poking up at the top, I want its wings showing on either side. Thankyouverymuch.

This is my request for a Communiqué seal: If possible, I want mine identical to an extent with Stoklomolvi's design. I want mine to read the following:
"Arumdaum" on the left and "美麗的" on the right next to the seal, which instead of the wreathes would be dragons, with a sakura as the flower, and three stars, with the one in the middle slightly larger than the others.
This is how I want the rest of the wording to look:

United Socialist States of Sandysike, and using my motto "Without a beard, you're nothing!" Also if possible have could it be in Mandarin and Russian, and latin aswell.

I would like the first to be like the us presidential seal, with a falcon facing forwards in the middle, surrounded by 3 stars, with the words "President of the Allied States" along the outer edge. The second one I would like to have a scroll in the middle with a 17 point star on it, flanked by a sword and an olive branch. I'd like the words "Secretary of the State" along the outer edge. I hope this isn't to burdensome. Thank you!

Here is same with alpha layer for transparent bg.

Remember to save as "PNG" to preserve transparency.

When you go to post on new background, use an image editor that supports alpha layer, such as GIMP, PS, Paint.Net or like.

For the top, could I have 'United' on the left, and 'Provinces' on the right, and the background line being changed to a blue. In the center, keep the wreath and spokes as they are, and change the center seal to the Southern Cross from theSamoan Flag, on a blue background.

For the names, put the United Provinces of Bavin in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian and German.

I need a plain red body that says Airata in English in white and next to to it in greek in light blue and the tail needs to be the Kalasparatan flag. I'll use this as the logo. The plane I'll be using is an A380, side veiw and I want "fly in style writen in white in english and translated to greek in light blue under it.
