An eccentric pundit, he is known for his bleached hair, insane catchphrases and proposals, and notoriety amongst all of his many opponents.

Varvöllur - Town

Location: On the eastern shore of Ríkurshöfnfjord

Background: Varvöllur was founded as a parish town by royal decree in August 1833 and is one of the youngest established towns in Dagmar. It was previously a small fishing village known as Grænnflói until the construction of the wooden Varvöllur Church which began in May 1831. The town's population grew steadily, buoyed by the growth of the capital city, Ríkurshöfn. The construction of a main road between the capital and Varvöllur in 1867 brought the town's first tourists, who discovered Varvöllur's then secret beaches during summer months. By 1871, the harbor had also developed significantly to support a growing tourism industry, with steamboats taking visitors out into Ríkurshöfnfjord on excursions.

The town saw significant modernization in the late 19th and early 20th century. In 1892, a cross-fjord telegraph cable was laid, connecting the town directly with the capital. A rail line was constructed to the town in 1901 and extended down the eastern shores of Ríkurshöfnfjord between 1910 and 1925, which brought thousands of tourists to the sheltered bays and beaches during the summer months.

However, with the arrival of cheap holidays abroad, less and less people traveled to Varvöllur for their holidays. This insured a sharp decline in economic fortunes which were also exacerbated by more restricted fishing regulations and a sharp population decline. The closure of the rail line in 1981 was nearly the death blow for the town. However, during the late 2000's, Varvöllur once again became a desirable place for tourists to visit. This increased with the opening of the nearby Furahæð Wildlife Reserve in 2009.

Economy: Varvöllur is dependent on tourism and fishing. Many of its residents also commute to and from the capital, Ríkurshöfn.
Transport: The town is connected to the capital city through the N-5, which runs down the eastern shores of Ríkurshöfnfjord. There are regular bus services to the capital, which depart from the Varvöllur Bus Station, located adjacent to the central post office.
Demographics: Varvöllur is largely ethnically homogenous, with 92% ethnic Dagish according to the 2013 Census. Ethnic minorities include 5% Icelandic, 2% Norwegian and 1% Danish.

Religion wise, Varvöllur is predominantly Christian, with 89% Lutheran and 8% Catholic. The remainder of the population are irreligious.

His parents were pretty lax on the religious situation, so Adler grew up not that much interested in religious affairs and such. He was a moderately well off student in middle school, not behind in anything, but not really excelling in much either. However, the people around him soon noticed his surprising talent in leading and talking with people, having created his own gang of classmates to do his bidding and even getting elected as school president. At the age of 18, Adler did not pursue civilian education, and instead followed his parents' footsteps, entering the War Academy, later graduating with great grades and joining the Military as an officer lieutenant, though quickly rising through the ranks up until the peacetime highest, General rank. Around the same time, he discovered the small National Revivalist party, read the Manifesto - the New Blood Initiative - and soon became one of the most devout followers of this ideology. He was the one who formed the active flank of the Party - the Blood Hounds. However, his radicalism did not bode well with his high position in the Army - he started clashing with the civilian government authorities, and retired from his position. That's not to say that he broke all contacts with the military - he created his own military manufacturing company, "Korporal", and used his former net of contracts to become an important military supplier for the Dagmari forces, later even expanding overseas.

Ludvik Amimev was born in 1955. His mother was a Dragmar hostess at the Imperial Dragmar Hotel. His father was the controversial Polish PiS MP Pyotr Aminev. As the story goes, the dashing Slav quickly wooed the 32 year-old Hostess, had sex, and skipped town. To this day, Pyotr denies the story, instead blaming the impregnation on, as he called it, a "Not So Dashing Slav". Pyotr has refused to take a DNA test, believing that DNA is a Bolshevik plot.

Despite never really knowing Ludvik's father, Ludvik's mother cared greatly for the child, spending mush of her savings and working overtime to send Ludvik to boarding school. Once he was old enough, Ludvik decided to pay his own way through college, much to the joy of his lower-class mother. After a series of odd jobs, he graduated college with a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Policy, and soon joined the Dragmar Foreign Ministry as an embassy staffer.

In 1990, after five years as Deputy Ambassador, 36 year-old Ludvik was appointed ambassador to Saudi Arabia. Controversy erupted just days after his appointment, when Ludvik announced his intention to build the first Lutheran church in Saudi Arabia, one that was to be located in the embassy compound. This news angered Saudi hardliners, who convinced the king to expel Ludvik. While he was being vilified in Saudi Arabia, the Lutheran community of Dragmar celebrated him. Not wanting to anger the Saudis by retaining him or the Lutherans by firing him, the government quietly moved him to Norway, which was viewed as a safer assignment.

It was then, as Ambassador to Norway, that Ludvik first saw the plight of the Lofoten Dagmarn. The Lofoten Islands are an archipelago located off the coast of Norway, which had been under Norwegian control since 1905. Despite being controlled by Norwegians, the islands had a majority Dagmarn population, who totaled around 53% of the 25,000 people on the islands. Disgusted with what he viewed as Norwegian oppression of his kinsmen, Ludvik resigned in 1996 as ambassador and founded the National Revivalist Party's predecessor, the Lofoten Málefnum Ráðið (Lofoten Affairs Council). The Lofoten Affairs Council was, at first, an irredentist pressure group dedicated towards the goal of Dragmar re-gaining control of the Lofoten Islands. The Lofoten Islands had long been a point of contention for the far-right in Dragmar, and the LMR quickly grew, soon unifying the disparate factions of the far-right in Dragmar.

In 1998, the LMR voted to ditch its single-issue focus, replacing it instead with far-right Nationalism. Under the LMR banner, Ludvik ran for the Dragmar Senate in 2000, losing by a small margin. In 2004, Ludvik ran again in a by-election, winning LMR's first seat in the Senate. In 2006, the name of the party was changed to the "National Revivalists". Under Ludvik's leadership, the newly named National Revivalists achieved massive electoral success in 2010, becoming Dragmar's second largest party. Those results were bettered in the 2012 election, receiving the best result for the far-right in Dragmar since 1932.

In 2013, Ludvik became engrossed in his latest project, a lay Lutheran group called the Samtok Lúterska (Lutheran Association). Dedicating most of his time to the new group, he handed over the reigns of the party to [Tuthina's Senator], yet he retained his post as foreign spokesman.

In 2015, Ludvik announced that he was leaving the National Revivalists, and defected to the Right Party.

When not representing his district, Kristrveizla, in the Dagmar Senate, Ludvik spends his time between caring for his family and running the Samtok Lúterska.
