"Japan was quite. . . quick to abandon their American allies, to save what was left of their own respective ash after we razed Toyko1."

    — Lt. Gen. Shui B. Y. Yamang, of the Japanese Contingent of the People's Liberation Army.

1 - "Toyko" is the unofficial name given to Tokyo by the People's Liberation Army, after the invasion of Japan. This is because of the substantial number of "hikikomori".

"Firstly let us make one thing clear. I am not against immigration, or refugees, this country has always followed a policy of open borders and this shall continue so long as I draw breath with meaning. A migrant is just a worker from somewhere else, if left to his own devices integration will work itself, a man who does not know English won't find a job and thus will leave. Renan said a nation is a group of people who have done great things together and I heartily agree, there is no 'intrinsic' nationality be it by race of "values". Anyone may come here as a private individual and rise on his own merits to achieve his glory and thus further the glory of this great nation. What I am opposed to, indeed vehemently so, is state-sponsored migration for the benefit of elected hypocrites and public sanctimony. Let not the British government dare think they are helping these people, they are demeaning them into specatcles of animal suffering for the moral fortification of the British public who come a months time will be whining about 'immigrants stealing our jobs'.

It disgusts me-to see the politicians of all parties hurry to leap on the bandwagon of kneejerk populist emotivism for the BLATANT INTENTION of pandering to herd morality for their snot-stained ballots. A brat on a beach gets plastered over the Sunday headlines and we see Democracy in action...hypocrisy, stupidity and opportunism unite to birth a catastrophe. This is a literal example of why I don't shut up about the evils of Democracy, a categorical example of everything wrong with this government and its populace. Don't for a minute think that this is genuine compassion, this is such an obvious display of self-reighteousness anyone should be able to see the barefaced repugnance of Democratic politics. How on earth will inviting 20 000 people already in refugee camps to Britain solve the migration crisis in Europe? Firstly it won't, secondly, its illogical, if you have no problems with taking some migrants, you should logically open it up for all...But no we cannot afford that because of the wonderful welfare state, so why take any? Literally nobody benefits from this policy. Thus it is stark-plain obvious to see the true motive for this, these people have been sacrificed to appease an orgy of moralistic drivel. Not one, not a single one, of the legion of Blairite imbeciles raving about 'human decency', has given a rational argument for why we should help these people.

We've heard 'human beings', 'moral duty', all the tired old dictums of Wahabbism (Western school), but not one reason. Because there is none. This is moralism, that is--animal instinct under the pretenses of virtue. The media bombard the populace with pictures of dead children because our people have grown tired with facts, the middle class with right-wing money and left-wing ballots feel the tug of the herd impulse and presume it compassion. They shout, the strut, they scream. The hypocritical cunts who claim to 'serve' the people do just that and once more divide the world into the infantile axis of good and evil, stumbling over each other to each appear the more saintly a liberator for the cameras. But they're not. They're bastards who could not give less of a pigeon's crap about anything which does not damage their wallets or their conscience. That's the altruism of Wahabbism for you, help just enough to make you feel good, not enough for you to feel your pockets.

And now we've invited these people, they will come, they will live off the state...this will not solve the refugee crisis, this will not end the War in Syria. What it will do is cause all of the negative effects of immigration thus fueling the narrative of the far-right even further. This will do absolutely nothing but help the lard-faced masses and their whining elected tyrants get back to reaching for crisps and votes. And then the same voices who once chorused for their salvation will now demand their repulsion, the Democratic cycle will repeat itself. But it can't repeat forever."

"I openly condemn anyone who shuns democracy in this stage of existence. There is no excuse to have a populace you can't trust with decision. This means you have openly neglected your people. If income inequality, if social injustice, if education gaps, if these things still exist in a nation like the Mechanocracy's, then shame on you. Because without those things, democracy is natural. It is the end result. The aforementioned problems inhibit it. Problems that exist that can be destroyed if those who governed got tired of it. So sure, we reference nothing from your reality, because your reality is intentionally worse than ours. We have no pragmatism, because pragmatism implies that we have something to be pragmatic over. "Japan and China have a long, bitter rivalry. China has been the historical Asian hegemonic power, but Japan had usurped that power. Both nationalists in both countries want conquest and subjugation. The Sino-Japanese War of 1984, however, was a Chinese victory and a set back for Japan, leading to Korea regaining its independence in 1987, China regaining Manchuria, and renewal of Russo-Japanese tensions, since it was Eurasia that intervened in that war, but that was very surprising, since both China and Japan have some rivalry with Eurasia. Russian power has been restored, because they took advantage of Sino-Japanese mutual hatred. Sadly, no arbitration can bring Tokyo and Peking to cordial terms."

"Division of labor and the limits of individual human knowledge, restricted as it is by series of tradeoffs in a limited human lifespan, applies to all other areas - so why not also to governance? What prevents a situation in something as complex as a country from being so complicated that not only would it be difficult for every citizen to understand all the necessary details, but the costs involved, the diversion of resources to provide that education, would bankrupt even the greatest kingdom?"
