"How am I mentally debilitating myself, sir? Use of cannabis has actually been shown to assist in the growth of new brain cells. And my constituents elected me on my platform of drug decriminalization and assistance for the poor. So I doubt there will be any trouble in getting re-elected, since I have already written two bills on the subject."
