And today I was called a hot mess. Twice. I spilled tea all over a table while speaking. With not even large hand gestures too. The other one was spilling more tea walking up the stairs and burning my hand.
My life. I need to think on it.

Don't cry over spilled tea.

My advice is to do the opposite.
Thinking about life hasn't ever done me any good.

Nah, I'll flip that back around on you. If you need to talk about the details, tg me.Spoder wrote:Anybody else excited for Cyber Monday?
No, but I'm prepared to fight people over boots and sweaters on Friday.

Kind of, but not really. The Trade Federation had their assets seized by the Emperor and used to repair the Galaxy after the end of the Clone Wars. It was owned by the Neimoidians, but the New Order doesn't approve of such scaly looking aliens running things, I'm guessing they were out on their ass.

The fact that they tried to get the VAs for the Neimoidians to speak in a Thai accent, thus resulting in a stereotypical East Asian (Cantonese/Hong Konger) accent was highly amusing. I could not even get offended at all I just flat out laughed. Like, is that seriously their best attempts at an accent? And those funky hats and robes honestly make them look like Qing dynasty eunuchs, not nobility, eunuchs.

Why not just hire Thai VAs? Its not like George Lucas doesn't have the cash.

(You better enjoy that hug, it's been to long since I've seen you, and as a friend, it's only a natural reaction )
My school doesn't offer them.
And I rarely enjoy hugs. Even from my closest, oldest, best friends. I like a certain amount of distance and personal space, physically and otherwise. I'm also not sure if you remember, but we didn't get along well when you were here.

That sucks, is there an equivalent?
I had friends that treated me like dirt for so long I thought it was normal, I'd rather get awkwardly close for a moment then to be too distant and not be a good friend.
Anyway, gotta go, goodnight TET

I will never forgive you. Nor will I let you down. Nor run around, nor desert you.
