I trim short but I don't let it grow too much.

Given I also have psoriasis in my chest and it starts getting bad when my hair grows past a point I can't really keep it long :p

But indeed it has helped me control my strong body odor. Before that I couldn't sweat or else I needed a shower almost immediately because people said I stank like hell even with deodorant. :unsure:
