I agree, but I would rather see the best for the UK, than cut off our nose to spite our face, as Alex Salmond seems intent on doing. He's being disingenuous to the Scottish people.

It's rather foolish, throwing all their eggs into one limited resource basket.

Exactly. Salmond is speaking about North Sea Oil like it's an endless gold-mine. It would make up a large proportion of Scotland's economy if it goes independent. Oil is a global market, making it an unstable revenue. If the UK doesn't agree to join a currency union with Scotland, they're going to have a very unstable currency. Unless they take on the Euro.

Some websites take it too seriously, like the Dragon City Wiki. When I posted a joke image of a "Gaudi Dragon" with a picture of the famous sculpture by Antoni Gaudí in Park Güell, Barcelona, the admins over there told me to stop posting images of unreleased dragons. It's not an unreleased dragon, it's Catalan humour!

That is true, I suppose. I also think they should be practical, namely take into consideration that Cataluña needs Spain and Spain needs it, economically speaking. Besides, what's Spanish Soccer without El Barca hahaha
